Help me out here... I’m at month 9 of an mpo-negative protocol (mild stimulation with Clomiphene +4 Gonal). Diagnosis is PCOS. Labs from 10 days ago show insulin is down, and my OGTT was 5.1 fasting and 4.0 after two hours 🤷. Glucose is always within range, but it's consistently sitting right at the bottom end... Thyroid labs: TSH is 2.34; T4 and T3 look fine, but AntiTPO is 40.2 (normal is up to 12). Where do we go from here? Otherwise, thyroid ultrasound looks normal, though I get occasional tachycardia!

Dennis Johnson5... I went through it recently and honestly, it wasn't that bad. You just lie there for a bit and let them do their thing (while they gradually inject everything). Look... I've been dealing with some fertility issues myself, so they're running some X-ray tests to check for blockages, and we’re moving straight to action next month. So, don't sweat it too much.👍

Are you dealing with some kind of kidney issues or something? You can get an ultrasound done at pretty much any private clinic. For instance, over here in the Chicago area, getting an ultrasound for your kidneys and bladder is easy enough. $57

I dealt with the exact same thing for three weeks straight... and honestly, even now, I have no clue what caused it. Could have been blood pressure, maybe my stomach, or just pure stress. If this keeps up, you really ought to see a doctor.🙄

I can't speak for this guy with the tachycardia... but I deal with it too. My resting pulse usually sits around 80-90, but occasionally it spikes to 120 while I'm just sitting there doing nothing! And no, I'm not on drugs, nor do I smoke.
My thyroid is fine, cancer screening came back clear—but my ESR is at 5 (normal range is 4-24)... what can anyone tell me about an ESR reading like that? What does it actually signify?
Everything else in my blood work is perfectly normal.

Any ideas?

...you really helped us out there...mostly on a moral level, anyway. I’m truly sorry you had to go through all of that...but like you said...God works in mysterious ways...😉 😉 ..we just need to secure an appointment first...Also, a quick question for everyone reading this...does anyone know of any private accommodations near the clinic? My husband just got a referral for an endocrinologist, and we’re both wondering what he can actually expect during the appointment. He's a bit nervous about the whole thing... we didn't think they'd be such a headache 🙂

😕 ...Can someone please help me find some info on the Vuk Vrhovac clinic? I'm not from Chicago, and there isn't much online about the facility itself—just a bunch of people sharing their personal experiences. That would be incredibly helpful right now. Here's the situation: I'm 26. We've done all the standard tests a regular gynecologist offers (swabs, vaginal ultrasounds, etc.), but my husband's sperm count came back poor—only 28% motility. His doctor gave him a referral for an endocrinology consult and a follow-up sperm analysis at Vuk Vrhovac.
I don't even know where this clinic is located, let alone what the next steps are... they called today... and apparently, I have to call on April 1st just to get an appointment for May. It's overwhelming. We want a baby so badly. Please, if anyone knows anything, help!😳

...Oh, I should mention, my own test results were perfectly fine.
