Look, I’m not going to get bogged down in the specifics of the topic itself... I haven't seen the movie and honestly, it doesn't even matter for this conversation. If you think someone else on here is wrong, then try to win them over with actual logic! Because, newsflash, plenty of other people in this thread disagree with you too—and unlike you, they aren't throwing insults around. Maybe take a second to actually read through this thread and look at what everyone else is saying... you might actually learn something and see where you're tripping up.
And since you seem so obsessed with everyone calling you a troll... besides your own back-and-forth getting way too personal and you cluttering up this thread with stuff that has zero to do with the topic, there isn't really anything else going on.
Basically, we’ve got three winning albums on the table. Let's not play games here—voting with clone accounts is strictly against the rules. Even though neither of those nicknames were used to pad out the votes for any specific suggestion, we’re still stripping all votes from those clones as a penalty. Honestly, I don't even know why anyone would bother...
So, the threads are being opened by: Arthur Brown6, Dennis Martin6, and Amanda Robinson4 (okay, fine, that last one is me). You guys can jump in whenever you're ready tomorrow or the day after. 🙂
Maybe you just don't get how things work around here on the forum—honestly, maybe nobody bothered to tell you—but let me make this super clear for you: Personal attacks against other members are strictly prohibited! I mean, what part of that is confusing? :D You aren't going to win anyone over to your side if you're constantly jumping down their throats and calling them stupid. That’s exactly why you've ended up here in the ban corner. Just change your attitude and we won't have to look at any harsher penalties, which, believe me, are definitely on the table. :)
Why would you listen to the whole album first just to make a call? 😁 Here’s my move: I just pop on the main track they suggest to see if that specific vibe or genre is actually what I'm feeling for the upcoming week. It’s like a little musical appetizer... I don't even touch the full album until it's officially picked.
Obviously, there are plenty of killer albums in the mix that don't get chosen, but I'd probably listen to them anyway. I mean, I end up hearing everything here—even the ones that make the final cut that I didn't personally vote for! 🙂

Borghesia - Venceremos (1986)
With total joy, we can officially declare that you weren't actually right! 🙂 Feel free to start a new thread whenever you want so we can all jump in and chat about it together 👍
Drew Lewis2 said:Man, what a killer run of releases you guys have put together... 🙏 honestly, this might be one of our best albums ever, just saying their live shows are absolutely insane too
I was actually just chatting about how recently I’d love to catch them live as soon as they tour 👍
The Democratic Party popped up in my suggestions, and that led me straight to pridjev 👋
Okay, let's talk about this. Reading through some of these posts, you’d almost think we were talking about something super aggressive or angry. Based on how people describe it, I was expecting maybe an industrial vibe or even something more gothic, but it's not quite that (maybe that's a good thing, though!). It feels ambient, electronic, chilly, yet really atmospheric at the same time. That’s my first gut feeling...
Honestly, the whole thing feels pretty experimental to me, which is probably why it won't be sticking around on my daily playlists for very long.
It definitely tells its own story, though. The tone is sad, but I can't say it totally sucked me in...
Tracklist 1. Ako je 03:09 2. Kantarion (ili gospina trava) 02:46 3. Pjesma o drveću 04:49 4. On je jesen 03:12 5. Svijet na dlanu 02:50 6. Lucifer i ja 03:51 7. Ubila sam cvijet 03:03 8. Požuri polako 04:14 9. Tužna 03:45
Crystal Castles is definitely best experienced by starting with the first album and powering through to the third 🙂 Nah, personally I found the hype died down pretty fast... it just kind of fizzled out once they stopped splitting up for a bit.
Basically, you can really track their evolution here—just slight shifts in style and themes, though everything gets way darker as they go. They definitely have their standout moments! If I were revisiting them, I’d probably jump straight to the second or third, but you've gotta hear the first one just to see where they started and how far they've come...
