So, I got some advice from this lady today—she suggested rubbing some whiskey on my baby's gums 😁
She claims she used to do that for her own kids when they were teething, saying it would help them fall right asleep 😁

Greetings to all the homemakers and nature enthusiasts out there.
It is highly unlikely that the described method would lead to alcoholism.
The application here is slightly different.
Think of it like this: Mom and baby sleep soundly... a quick dip of the finger in some bourbon to soothe the infant, then repeating the process for the mother. Do that a few times—even if you miss the target occasionally—and you are guaranteed a couple of hours of sleep. 🤣

I mean, if you knock back enough bourbon, you’re probably out like a light. 😁
I’ve never actually tried bourbon myself—the smell just puts me off. 😳

Whenever the baby gets fussy, I just pop them into the carrier and we wander around. 😍
