To me, Spy is basically the greatest cinematic masterpiece ever made, and honestly, I know every single line by heart.
I even own this special collector's edition DVD where I noticed that Elijah is actually wearing a pink shirt.

It should be airing on TCM sometime in the next few days.

A true masterpiece from the American film industry centered on the most notorious serial killer during the Cold War era.
Top-tier production, top-tier filmmaking, top-tier dialogue. Period.
Technically, the movie is just a condensed version of a series.

It’s just a remake.
Go watch the original German version—it hits twice as hard.
Top-tier cinema.

Truly top-tier filmmaking.

I guess I'll just have to see for myself.

Absolute masterpiece about this girl on the spectrum who’s a total prodigy at kung fu. Life basically screwed her and her family over, so she decides to go out and kick some serious ass.
A true masterpiece. I have no idea why this movie isn't more famous... just stunning.

It’s an absolute masterpiece about this girl on the spectrum who happens to be incredibly gifted at kung fu... she and her family get pushed to their breaking point by everyone around them, so she eventually decides to take it out on her old man.
Honestly, it's a work of art and I have no idea why it didn't get more recognition back in the day... just a beautiful film.

That kind of stuff doesn't really grab me at all.

Look, I'm not really into those martial arts movies either... but this one? It's a masterpiece. Honestly, the kung fu stuff is just noise—it's all about the raw act of revenge.

Yeah, even that overly intense, hyper-focused type of talk doesn't do anything for me.

If bat Stojkovic were an American icon, they’d name a whole city after him.
He came from massive wealth—he didn't need acting to live his life—but he turned his passion for the craft into a permanent legacy in cinema... specifically in Spy, where his performance remains unmatched in this part of the world.
Some guy on IMDb gave this movie a nine, and honestly? It was the most intense thing I've ever watched. Elijah Cvorovic is just pure lifestyle.

Everyone’s probably seen this one, but if you haven't, stop what you're doing and watch it next.
I’ve always had my issues with George Clooney, but man, this movie proves why he’s the real deal. It's like watching Rodriguez and Tarantino team up to create another masterpiece of pure chaos. And that twist? Hands down the biggest gut punch in cinema history. That final line—"Can I ask you something? Have you ever been in this bar before?"—it hit me hard. Like, seriously, why haven't I?? Then you see Clooney's look... absolutely chilling. A total masterpiece driven by Tarantino and Rodriguez's killer dialogue.
