Honestly, screw all of you, this is getting completely insane.

Seriously, this morning around 4:30 AM, it was just constant shaking, the bed bouncing, everything rattling—it was pure chaos.

Bottom line, this felt way, WAY more intense than that tremor we had back in Los Angeles. (I’m out West, for those wondering)

And I just realized something: it seems like we only feel the ones coming from the northwest, otherwise, nothing. I’ve been obsessively scrolling through these earthquake lists, and whenever it says "northwest of...", I feel it. But anything listed as south or east of us? Total silence.

Makes sense, right? If I'm located northwest of the epicenter, I'll catch the wave, wouldn't you agree, Ashley Johnson46? 🤣

Haha, I mean, there’s definitely some logic to it, I guess.
For me, I only really felt that main one and then that little half-seven thing about six days ago. Nothing else since.

I honestly don't remember any tremor lasting longer than this current "big" one. It wasn't even that intense—nothing actually fell over, things were just kind of rattling around—but man, people around here are pretty jumpy because of our history with earthquakes, so... yeah, everyone just kind of panicked.

Happy New Year's Day (a little late, I know). I'm really hoping that 2021 turns out to be a better year for everyone. 🙂
