When you look at the dynamic between a man and a woman, I honestly think the absolute most vital thing is that they actually love each other and maintain total honesty with one another

My last PMS was absolute misery—three days of back pain, followed by two days of stomach cramps and massive bloating. I was incredibly jittery too, prone to random bouts of crying triggered by the most trivial things, like seeing 🤦

To top it all off, I broke out with a pimple on my cheek the size of Manhattan.
Instead of the usual massive cravings, I had absolutely zero appetite this time.
