Vestibular Schwannoma vs. Acoustic Neuroma

So, I just got diagnosed a few days ago. Does anyone know which doctors around here actually specialize in this? I heard Dr. Grujić over at Mayo Clinic is the go-to, but apparently he’s out on medical leave right now.

Maybe someone here has dealt with this before? Like, did you end up needing surgery or do they just monitor it? Who are you guys seeing for follow-ups?

You can find a ton of stuff on YouTube. There are clips from their American TV shows, like *Dr. Phil*—you know, patient stories and all that. They talk about everything from different kinds of tumors to various surgeries and things like that.
