$1,100 Build - Thoughts?

I'm grabbing this specific monitor mainly because I already own one just like it. I need dual monitors for work, so keeping them identical makes sense. The motherboard wasn't my first choice either, but they didn't have the Asus Z-370-P in stock, so I went with this one.
Also, I know AMD Ryzen is the better move right now, but I'm just not ready to jump ship from Intel yet.

The PC will be used for rendering, ray tracing, and 2D/3D modeling.

Wanted to get your thoughts on this? Everything is being assembled at Micro Center.

Seems a bit overpriced to me, honestly.

If you're looking at this for professional work, you might actually get some value out of an RTX card (like a 2060).
