Some coworker who’s clearly losing it asked me out for coffee or lunch just to thank me for helping her through one of her panic attacks.
And yeah, I straight up said no, so now she’s just sitting there giving me this total passive-aggressive death stare. ☕

Why don't you just give her an answer? She’ll probably spiral into a panic attack waiting for you to reply 😁

I’ve been through one of those panic attacks myself once. It was a nightmare 😳 absolutely terrifying 😳
You genuinely believe you're dying—like, you are certain of it. You can't breathe, your heart is racing like crazy, and you get this overwhelming sensation that everything is just collapsing. It's awful 😳

Because I have zero interest in grabbing coffee or hanging out with her, we have nothing in common, and I’m super sensitive to emotional vampires.

So, I guess that help was just a coincidence 😳
