If I deposit some funds using a friend's card and then try to withdraw, am I going to run into trouble? Will they demand I redo the verification process if the names don't match?

They won't let you withdraw to a card that isn't in your name.
That's a guarantee.
The card has to belong to the person who owns the account.

I noticed that most online sportsbooks let you deposit directly using a debit card. Now, the real question is: can I withdraw my winnings back to the same card, and is it actually worth the hassle? I really don't feel like messing around with PayPal or Netteler if I can avoid it...

Yeah, you can definitely get it paid out to a debit card.
But just a heads-up, they’ll only send the funds back to the exact card you used for the initial deposit, and it has to be a card in your own name.

That part isn't really an issue for me. My concern is more about whether this is even legal. From what I can tell regarding US regulations, it feels like it might actually be shady.
Do these betting sites even give you the option to switch currencies, or are you stuck with just dollars?

Look at all that extra cash hitting your bank account

So, my dad mentioned that starting next year, all our local US sportsbooks are going to start taking a 10% cut on any winnings between zero and ten bucks. $0.00 I ended up opening an account over at Bet365, and honestly, the interface is a completely different experience compared to what we're used to seeing at places like DraftKings. From what I can gather, you have to select it exactly like I showed in this screenshot I took, where it multiplies all three bets by the stake rather than letting you set them individually.

That’s right, Kyle Allen4, that applies to a standard slip. If you’re looking to set fixed roles—say, 3 out of 10—you would go to the "standard" section on your screen and select "bankers." You just mark the "B" for those fixed picks, and then follow the "standard" settings for the rest of the roles

Yes, that's exactly right!

Thanks for the help! I was a little confused because the winnings don't seem to show up immediately when I set things up that way, but I assume that will update once I head over to DraftKings. How do you guys usually handle deposits and withdrawals? I was planning on just using my Visa card for everything, both ways. From what I can tell, bet365 doesn't charge any fees at all. According to their site, PayPal seems to be the fastest option for getting paid out. Is it the same deal with PayPal as it is with Venmo where I just link my Visa card and I'm good to go? Does it charge any extra fees for moving money in or out?

If you want to see what the payout looks like for a specific combination, you’ll need to click on the doubles or trebles—basically, whatever you circled above the odds in your photo. A new window should pop up showing the exact payout for that parlay. Personally, I use Skrill. As for fees, I'd suggest checking each individual site's terms to see how much they charge and what those charges actually cover.

I wanted to ask before I go out and waste money buying Paysafecard vouchers—does anyone know if they actually accept them here in the US? Has anyone actually tried using them?

Of course they do. You just need to make sure you convert the voucher amount into USD so you know exactly what figure to enter.
You can find a calculator for that right on the Paysafecard website.

I personally tested this process while using Marathon. I began by purchasing a prepaid voucher, then proceeded to register directly on the Paysafecard website where I redeemed the voucher to fund my digital account. Once that was settled, I simply initiated my deposit on the Marathon platform, which prompted me to log in via my Paysafecard credentials, and the transaction was completed seamlessly.

I was wondering if anyone knows if you can bet on player point totals over at DraftKings for the NBA. I’ve been scanning through some of the bigger sportsbooks lately and just haven't been able to find those specific markets anywhere, which feels pretty strange since they really should be available.

Edit: it looks like Fortunawin is the only one offering it right now.

First margins usually drop around 6:7 PM our time—basically right when those initial rosters start rolling in 😉
The thing is, our local bookies always jump the gun and release lines too early, and honestly, it’s come back to bite them more than a few times 🙏

aaaaaaaaaaaa...there's the rabbit in the bush...it felt a little off to me that this wasn't listed alongside a million other betting options on DraftKings, so thanks for pointing it out

Can someone walk me through verifying an account on DraftKings? I haven't used them in a while, and after logging back in, I got hit with a notification about verification. Under the Know Your Customer section, there's a step 1 and a step 2. If I'm reading this right, you need a different document for each step. What if I only have one—like my driver's license? Can I just upload a scan of my ID for both step 1 and step 2, or am I totally misinterpreting 🙂
?
Thanks.

Just hit up their live chat support
Basically, you just ask them what to do, and they’ll tell you exactly which email address to send a photo of your ID to. That's really all there is to it.
You don't need to deal with all that extra nonsense from step 1 and step 2. USA
Just a photo of your ID,
your username,
and your secret code.

And that's it—you should get an email within a few days letting you know you're verified.

Forget all that extra step 1 and step 2. USA stuff.
Just the photo.
Your username.
And that secret number of yours.

That’s it. In a few days, you'll get an email saying you're verified.

There's an email listed up there if you want to go that route, and it specifies what kind of documents they accept. Honestly, I have no clue which secret number you're talking about—I totally forgot mine. Can you actually find it somewhere or request a new one? It would be way easier if I could just upload the docs directly, but I only have my state ID.

It's not rocket science—I just finished mine earlier today. 😁>
You gotta pick one item from each category. For the first group, I just uploaded my driver's license, and for the second, I just clicked the verification link they sent to my email.
