I took a quick look at DraftKings today and was pleasantly surprised by their phenomenal breakdown and excellent exchange rates.

What have your experiences been regarding withdrawals and account limits?

The payout process seems perfectly fine! Before you see that first withdrawal hit your account, they do require some ID verification, which is pretty much the standard procedure everywhere you go these days.

As for those pesky limits... hmm, let me think. Currently, I find myself capped at a $10 stake or perhaps a $100 win, depending on how the total odds shake out. Isn't it always interesting how those little variables change everything?

If you’re planning on betting with international sites and then using your PayPal Digital wallet to move funds back to local books just to dodge credit card fees, you better WATCH OUT. Places like BetRivers require you to wager at least 50% of your deposit before they'll let you withdraw.

Sites like BetRivers require you to have rolled over at least 50% of your deposit before they'll even let you withdraw.

It’s actually 30%, not 50%.
Someone else already pointed this out earlier—I think it was Eric Fox7—mentioning that Germany doesn't enforce that specific rule, which makes it the best option for what you're trying to do.

But seriously, why on earth wouldn't someone just grab a PayPal MASTERCARD?
I mean, think about it—that tiny $10 annual fee is practically pocket change when you consider how much more a bank like JPMorgan Chase will absolutely bleed you for basic monthly maintenance fees!

With a PayPal MASTERCARD in your hand, you have the freedom to shop absolutely anywhere or pull cash from any ATM out there; haven't I already mentioned that quite extensively before?

Actually, it is 50%. I just checked it myself a moment ago. You can see the specific amount for every single deposit. Maybe they do 30% at a physical branch?

Greetings!

It looks like yet another American bettor is jumping ship from the local bookies...
I just signed up here because I wanted to pick your brains for some advice. It seems like everyone here has some history with PayPal from back when I used to deal with Moneybookers.
Here is the situation: a long time ago, I had a Moneybookers account. Back then, I used to buy credits from someone by having them transfer funds from their account directly to my checking account. I did this quite frequently, which eventually led them to lock my Moneybookers account with about $533 sitting in it. I tried everything—emailing my ID, sending physical copies through the mail—but nothing worked. Eventually, I just gave up on the whole thing. That was 15 to 20 years ago, and now I’m wondering
is that account still active? I can't get into it because the email address I used to register was deactivated due to inactivity...
I don't remember my Moneybookers password, nor do I have access to that old email; all I have are my personal identification details. What are my options at this point?

Since everyone keeps raving about online sportsbooks, let me ask a simple question—can anyone actually name an online site with the exact same odds and tennis handicap settlements as BetRivers or Hattrick? I doubt you'll find one. Honestly, it’s probably better to just stick here and deal with the tax—because once you factor in those lower online odds, you end up right back where you started. People are jumping ship to online platforms out of pure frustration with how we've been treated, but at the end of the day, it’s just us losing anyway.

Can anyone give me the lowdown on player point prop limits—specifically for EuroLeague or NBA—over at DraftKings, BetMGM, FanDuel, and the rest?
I’ve been digging through reviews for those big-name betting sites lately, and honestly, it looks like you have to worry about whether they’ll even honor your payout once you actually hit a winner.
What I really want to know is if these places are going to give me grief if I try to drop $1,000–$1,500 on a player double bet. I’ve never had an issue doing that over at BetRivers.
I’m just trying to figure out if it’s even worth the hassle of opening accounts and getting cards if they cap these types of bets at something ridiculous like $50.

They’ll let you go over $50, though the catch with FanDuel is that you can't really parlay those players together.
I believe Pinnacle caps things out at around $200, provided the player actually starts the action.
Now, Will Hill will happily let you lay down $100 or even $150 without breaking a sweat! I'm a bit fuzzy on their parlay rules, but the player definitely needs to stay in the game for at least 15 minutes.

As for the rest of them, I haven't the slightest clue!

That ten bucks annual fee is peanuts compared to what a bank like JPMorgan Chase will hit you with just for keeping an account open.

With a PayPal MASTERCARD, you can shop basically anywhere or pull cash from an ATM. I've mentioned this before.

What happens if someone gets blocked by Finance? Is that PayPal card still useful?
Also, just a general question—is there any way for someone who's blocked to keep depositing and withdrawing from online sportsbooks?

It’s perfectly valid, isn't it? After all, you don't have even the slightest bit of connection to the Presidential Commission!

That makes sense, but how does one actually fund a PayPal master card? I follow the logic of withdrawing from PayPal to a PayPal MASTERCARD, but the deposit side is a bit hazy. My apologies, but being over 50, we're running into quite a few hurdles since this whole setup is brand new to us. I'd appreciate any guidance you can offer.

Someone else can just send you funds from their PayPal, a gift card, or a local sportsbook...
You'll run into some fees when depositing, but isn't the whole point of betting that you're mostly focused on getting paid out?

You'll run into some transaction fees when depositing, sure, but isn't the whole point of betting that you're mostly focused on whether they actually pay out?..

So, how are things looking with that bolded part?

Just deposit a set amount into your account at one of our bookies and, depending on which sportsbook you're using, either play a certain amount or—as some folks say—it isn't even necessary over in Germany. You just withdraw it to your PayPal Digital wallet and the funds hit your account within a few hours. From there, you can easily move it over to the other sportsbook.

I’ve been attempting to deposit funds into my PayPal account for two days now, and I simply cannot get a single transaction to clear. It keeps rejecting both my Visa and my Mastercard; I’ve tried both options, but nothing works. Even though the option to deposit from the US is clearly listed as available, it just won't go through. I reached out to their support team, and while they sent me a response, I'm a bit baffled—if there were truly an issue, why am I able to fund my accounts at other betting sites without any trouble? I just tried one now, and it worked perfectly fine.

Here is the message they sent me... I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do next.

Thank you for your email.

Regarding your inquiry, we have noted that your deposits are being declined due to issues with your 3D Secure authentication. Please be aware that this security code is something you established directly with Mastercard or Visa. This specific code is required for verifying online transactions. We recommend contacting your credit card issuer to either set up this security protocol or to retrieve your existing secure code, as this is the reason your deposits are currently being declined.

As for your request to update your name on the account, please give us a call whenever you have a moment so we can walk you through that process.

We appreciate your patience.

It’s probably just that your card reader isn't registered with the bank—I ran into a similar headache once. I just popped into a JPMorgan Chase branch, and they had me sorted out in about two minutes flat.

Then, you just withdraw the funds to your PayPal Digital wallet, and the money usually hits your account within a few hours. From there, it’s a breeze to transfer everything over to the other site.

Well, I just heard back from the customer service desk at BetMGM, and apparently, they're claiming withdrawals can only be handled in person at their physical locations.
