The over/under listed under the goal line doesn't actually count toward your total; you need to look at the match goals instead, which usually carries a slightly lower coefficient than the standard goal line.

Frank Cruz32 said:I asked them today why they don't bother updating the website to reflect that PayPal withdrawals are currently unavailable. It’s a bit misleading to customers, isn't it? Their response? Apparently, there is "no need" to update anything because everything will be back to normal soon. Truly professional.

I am genuinely curious how long "soon" actually means in this context...

I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be placing any more bets there once I finally get my money out. The minimum withdrawal is $55, they're incredibly vague about their payout processes, and the odds aren't even better than what you'll find elsewhere. Their only real saving grace is how well they cover certain sports like soccer and hockey. Is that enough to justify staying? Probably not.

WWin 👎

Finally, the payout from WWin to my PayPal account actually went through today.

Does anyone know how Bet365 handles a match that gets called off at halftime?
Specifically looking at the Boca Juniors vs. River Plate game.
I had Boca winning, and since the second half never even started, I figured it would settle. It’s been a day now and the bet is still just sitting there open on my account.

Thanks.

Specifically, I'm talking about the Boca Juniors vs. River Plate game.
I had Boca winning, but the second half never even kicked off, and now a whole day has passed and my bet is still just sitting there marked as open.

Thanks.

Look, if they decide to replay the game or pick up where they left off within—I think it’s 72 hours—then it isn't a voided bet, so you just have to sit tight and wait.

Since they've been kicked out of the Copa Libertadores and the Copa Sudamericana, I’m thinking we’re looking at a two-year gap—I still need to double-check with a buddy of mine who actually knows his way around South American leagues—but honestly, this whole thing might just end up being a void since there won't be a follow-up

So, I’ve got a handful of these $5 vouchers lying around—and before you even ask, yeah, there's no deposit required to use them. Since the system is a total pain and only lets you use one per account, I’m honestly just looking to GIVE AWAY the rest of them. If anyone actually wants some free money, just hit me up in my DMs and I'll send over a code.

First come, first served, folks... I've still got a few more left in the stash.

Does Bet365 offer double chance betting for handball? I can't find it anywhere, just the standard 1X2 options.
It's pretty pathetic that they don't have it.

If you're looking at Ladbroks, they have this Greek basketball game, PAO vs. KOlossos, and the handicap is totally off. They’re offering PAO at -20.5, while somewhere like Pinnacle has them at -28.5

The whole thing is being played behind closed doors. The series is tied 1-1, and PAO won that first home game by 27 points

For those who don't mind taking a bit of a gamble, it might be worth grabbing PAO -20.5 at Ladbroks and then hitting the KOlossos +28.5 line over at Pinnacle. If the spread ends up landing anywhere between 22 and 28 points, you walk away with both bets hitting...😁

How on earth is one supposed to place any meaningful bets on LB? I mean, seriously, don't they have the most restrictive limits out of anyone in the industry? Even Paddy Power seems more generous when it comes to those figures, wouldn't you agree?

Arthur Howard said:How are you even betting on LB? Pretty sure they have the worst limits out there. Even Paddy is better than that when it comes to stakes.

Look, as long as the limit isn't one dollar, I'll manage to survive...
I can still place bets because I don't live in the States, so I've got an overseas address and an international ID 😉

Does anyone know if I can use a standard bank deposit slip to fund my account at DraftKings? And if so, should I be using dollars or just stick to whatever the local branch is offering?

Is anyone else having trouble moving money from their online accounts to their bank via PayPal? I'm trying to transfer funds from my PayPal balance over to my Chase account, but it keeps getting rejected and throwing an error message. Anyone else dealing with this right now?

I've skimmed through the last ten pages or so, but I haven't seen anything specific regarding my question—so apologies if I'm bringing up a stale topic... plus, the internet at my job is slow as hell ☕

Anyway, after being clean for about 5 or 6 years, I've decided to start betting online again 😁
A colleague recommended FanDuel, so I set up a (new) account—since I have a new email and couldn't get into my old one. Since I noticed Moneybookers (aka PayPal nowadays) isn't quite what it used to be—and my old account is locked 😢—I'd rather avoid any hassle there. I don't plan on depositing or withdrawing massive sums, so I just sent a transfer via my Chase bank account (which I also use for PayPal). I see on the FanDuel site that this is an option—but I'm wondering—are there any issues with depositing or withdrawing that way?

The second thing I'm curious about—are there any first deposit bonuses? I tried Googling "FanDuel bonus," and a ton of different codes popped up. I tried entering the promo code "MAXBONUS"—and I'm just wondering—will my deposit actually be doubled (followed by the usual wagering requirements like the good old days), or is that not how it works anymore?

So, thanks for any answers or clarifications... 🙂

Honestly, just grab an online wallet. If you can't use Venmo, maybe try PayPal. There's zero reason to let everyone see where you're depositing if it costs nothing to keep things private, IMO.
There are a few options out there, though I think some aren't even worth using here in the States. They all work a little differently depending on which sportsbook you're using, so just Google "betting deposit bonus" or whatever to find the biggest promos you can clear. I'm not 100% sure how they handle it at FanDuel, so your best bet is probably searching "FanDuel deposit bonus" to see what they're actually offering.

Just thought I’d weigh in here. I had a bit of a headache dealing with FanDuel; there were just too many hoops to jump through, and I wasn't about to eat a $6 fee every single time I wanted to top up my balance. As far as other sportsbooks go, I can’t recommend where I’m using right now enough—DraftKings. They don't mess around with complicated tax withholdings or middleman issues; there's just a tiny little commission on the stake (around 2%), and you can withdraw your winnings directly to your debit card without any extra fees or headaches within 24 hours.

Everything is subjective, really. Eventually, you’re going to realize that DraftKings only carries about 20% of what you'd actually find over at FanDuel.
If you’re actually serious about online betting, you need a PayPal account, a FanDuel account, maybe BetMGM, and definitely BetOnline. Then there are the Asian books—Betway, BetRivers, 188bet—plus those Russian sites you use until they inevitably limit your action: Bet365, BetMGM, DraftKings...
And don't bother with Betway anymore; they aren't even accepting Americans...

Stay far away from BetMGM—honestly, it's easily the most unreliable bookie on the web. I'd strongly suggest giving them a wide berth.

silverridge3 said:Why? They’ve capped my stakes at $25 per bet, but I’ve been betting there every single day for three years straight. Honestly, there isn't a better sportsbook out there—from the depth of their markets to how intuitive the interface is...
To be fair, another guy ran into the exact same issues with them and just walked away pretty quickly; I guess it all comes down to luck...

Let me tell you about my own experience with them:
I opened an account right before the handball championships in January because I noticed they had incredibly deep markets and tons of player props with, frankly, bizarrely low lines. For instance, on the second day of the tournament, I took the over on Čupić and Gensheimer at a line of 4.5 (with odds of 1.85 and 1.90), while every other sportsbook had that line set at 5.5 or even 6.5 (offering much lower returns). I made a killing with them that day, but the payout wasn't nearly enough to offset getting limited after just two or three tickets. They immediately throttled my account limits down to pennies, and then I was stuck waiting eight days just to get my money!

On top of all that, I've been reading stories from other people on this forum and found out they are incredibly unreliable—there are plenty of people who have been left high and dry without receiving their payouts at all.

Hey, if you haven't been limited and aren't running into any headaches, that's great, but personally? I wouldn't recommend betting with them if I were you.

If you actually intend to take your betting seriously, please, I beg of you, steer clear of BetCity and Marathon.

As for my experiences withdrawing funds from Bet365, I have personally never been charged a single cent in withdrawal fees!
I handle everything through Skrill, and wouldn't you know it, the money always lands in my account within about 12 hours.

To be fair, a colleague of mine ran into similar issues and decided to walk away pretty quickly; I suppose it all comes down to how much luck you have on your side...

In my experience, BetMGM is easily the worst operator out there. I spent two years betting with Bet365, where I mainly focus on tennis and handicap markets, but their offerings here are incredibly thin. Just yesterday, I hit a $200 win over at DraftKings. Once I requested the withdrawal, the funds were back in my account by tomorrow without any headaches from Skrill, Neteller, or whatever other service you use. When you factor in all those fees, you end up losing about 10 to 20 percent of your winnings just to move the money.
