Hey guys—don't go falling for that Bet365 offer! That 100% deposit bonus? It doesn't apply to American players at all. Just thought I'd give you a heads-up. Honestly, those online bookie descriptions in the United Kingdom are mostly just hype—once you actually try to win some real money, they start dodging payouts or dragging their feet 🙂 but when it comes to pulling funds out of your account, it takes them mere seconds 😛. Be careful about which foreign sportsbook you choose, otherwise 🙂

It shows the card type right there (Visa), but then immediately after, it asks for "name of card!?" Like, seriously? What am I supposed to type in there? I have no clue.

Unless you totally messed up the input, maybe it's actually asking for the cardholder's name?

Man, if you actually bothered to read the bonus terms, you'd see they clearly state it's not valid for anyone in the US.🤦

Here’s my take:

http://www.bet365.com/extra/extra.as...enAccountOffer

THIS IS A TOTAL LIE—a buddy of mine didn't listen to my advice and went ahead and deposited $100, fully expecting an offer code for a $100 bonus, only to be told on the chat: "For players in the US, there is NO BONUS." It really pays to know that beforehand, doesn't it?😁

I know, I know—which is exactly why I told him, BUT...🤣

Hey Bryan, it looks like this specific bonus is only valid for residents of Canada and Mexico—check out the details right here: http://bit.ly/yYs2uu
You can find the full breakdown of all the different bonuses available by country there.

Yeah, word on the street is those Avenue Mall gift cards actually play nice with PayPal. 🙂

I’m thinking about dropping some cash on Bet365, but I wanted to run a few things by you guys first—just so I’m not caught off guard if things get messy. The main reason I'm switching over to a sportsbook is those ridiculous transaction fees; it feels like nothing more than a blatant money grab by the government, especially when they take a massive chunk out of my winnings once I start betting a bit more seriously. I’ve got a Visa linked to my Citigroup account—should I expect any headaches when I try to fund my Bet365 account? Also, what's the deal with withdrawals (moving funds from Bet365 back to my Citigroup account)? Does Citigroup tend to flag or cause issues if I try to pull out a larger amount?!

Thanks in advance ☕

I bet on Bet365 and I use Citigroup (Visa)... I haven't run into any issues at all.

What would you say is the absolute simplest way to fund my account at online bookies? I’ve got a checking account over at JPMorgan Chase, a Visa Electron card, and a Moneybookers account... up until now, I've just had other people transfer funds to my MB, but they always hit me with a commission fee.

Thanks! 😉

Honestly, I just stick to Moneybookers for everything—deposits and withdrawals. It’s been smooth sailing for me, zero headaches.

So, how exactly do you go about funding your Moneybookers account?

Maybe try actually reading this thread?
It’s all in there, but I guess it's just easier to let someone else do the legwork and serve everything up on a silver platter, right? 🤷

Man, people have been chewing on this topic forever. I haven't moved any funds in a minute, but if I recall, the folks over at Erste Bank were super chill about it and handled all the paperwork for me. I just used my foreign currency account. Usually takes about 2 or 3 days to clear.

Does anyone happen to know how long it usually takes for funds from Bet365 to transfer over to my checking account? I moved some money yesterday around 11:00 AM, but it hasn't hit my balance yet... maybe it just needs more time?

Look, the bare minimum is two days for pretty much any sportsbook, especially if you've got them digging through your docs for verification...

I've finished everything with my documents (KYC), I'm just depositing for the first time so I'm asking. I was starting to think they were trying to pull something on me.

Hey there, I remember waiting about four or five business days myself...

Yeah, two business days is the standard for most of them, but if you're using Pinnacle, Fonbet, Leonbets, Bwin (provided you've got that gold status in their loyalty program), or some of those non-European books, they can usually knock it out within 24 hours.

Greetings. I received an email from Bwin today stating they’ll be doubling my deposit up to $63. Has anyone else been hit with an email like this? I’m asking because I’ve already deposited funds and claimed a bonus, but—to be perfectly honest—I didn't read the fine print carefully enough. I can't seem to find the specific terms and conditions anywhere on their site... if someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
