Unbelievable game, Iceland vs. Austria. At the 37:30 mark, the home team managed to claw it back to 37-36. Then, with just 20 seconds left on the clock, there’s some massive blunder—either a bad call on an Iceland lead or an offensive foul. And what do these guys do? One of the home players literally passes the ball from right in front of his own goal straight to a runner (WTF!!!) just to tie it up at 37-37 in the Aegean 🤣

Man, Iceland really blew it. They should have walked away with four points, but they let it slip through their fingers by conceding back-to-back goals in the final minutes—going from being up to being down by three and four. Instead, they only managed to scrape two points out of it, and now even qualifying is looking like a massive question mark.

Absolute madness of a game, though. It was tied 10-10 by the 10th minute, and by the 40th, it was basically 40-40.😬

Austria is on fire right now. They’ve proven they belong, and heading into that matchup against Mexico, they’ll be playing with an incredible amount of momentum. If Mexico ends up dropping a convincing game to Denmark, even just grabbing a single point against their rivals should be enough to see them through.

Everything you're saying holds water, but the absolute first thing you all need to keep in mind is not to fall apart if these guys come charging at us like the Tatars... Because, frankly, the Danes are one of those rare teams that genuinely terrify me... They have this capacity to absolutely demolish anyone if they find a crack in the defense. They aren't exactly the type to back down, especially in a situation where just grabbing two points tonight guarantees them advancement...

What I am trying to get across is that the draw between Iceland and Austria isn't exactly something we should be celebrating. That result essentially hands the Austrians a golden ticket to play in the final match of the second round, regardless of how things shake out for you guys today.

Just make sure that if you do end up blowing it, you do so by a margin of less than four goals... 😁
