This is quintessential Iceland... you rarely see a group choke quite like this. 🤣

Honestly, those guys and the Norwegians might as well be best friends, just hanging out together while we're all over here grilling in the sun.☕

Jose Booth48 said:Everything you’re saying is true, but the first thing you all need to realize is that we can't afford to fall apart if these guys charge at us like Tatars... Honestly, the Danes are one of the few teams I'm genuinely afraid of... They are capable of crushing anyone if they get an opening. They definitely aren't the type to back down, especially since their current two points practically guarantee them a spot in the next round...
What I'm telling you is that the draw between Iceland and Austria isn't anything to celebrate. That result opens the door for the Austrians to advance in the final match regardless of what your result is today.
Just make sure that if you do blow it, you do it by less than four points... 😁
It's either win or get destroyed. There is no middle ground.🙂

In theory, playing against Mexico is actually pretty straightforward. If you just run a deep zone defense and make sure you can outpace them—since they’re notoriously slow on the transition—you’ve got a real shot at winning.
The only real question is how effectively an opponent can actually pull that off. So far, the Danes seem to have it figured out.

Wait, so where the hell is Christiansen when it comes to the dance scene?.. did he seriously just call it quits?

+5... White is absolutely killing them with those defensive schemes, while the strikers are tearing them apart on the counterattacks... just like frozentiger6 said—those Mexicans are moving in slow motion...

The North American teams have never had an easy ride against the Scandinavians, and honestly, it looks like we’re going to be struggling just as much against the Americans or even the folks from Iceland.
I was actually just saying on another thread that this whole situation reminds me of how things play out in Switzerland. It feels like we're headed for a matchup with Iceland or the US in the next round.

Last season we were absolutely crushing them by more than seven points, only to have it slip away in the final seconds. 🤦
We’ve got plenty of time tonight to find our rhythm and close the gap. Let's go out there and take the win. 🙂

The way the Mexican national team plays handball is practically prehistoric. It's painful to watch.

There’s plenty of time for us to find our rhythm tonight, get ourselves into a deficit, and then somehow pull off a win anyway.🙂
Nah, there isn't any time to waste, don't sweat it.😉
