Go to Windows Update, head over to the Optional updates section, and you should be able to find the American English language pack right there.

Every time I click on WLM, it just shows me an error message and won't let me go any further... and it just keeps happening like that... 🤷🤷

The Device Manager is still a bit of a mess, though—not exactly polished—but hey, Speccy handles everything perfectly fine, so I'm not losing sleep over it.
The only thing bugging me is whether I can trim down the Pagefile. Windows 7 suggests setting aside 5.2 GB of disk space, but even though I’ve got 4 GB of Kingmax RAM tucked away in here, my partition isn't massive enough to just hand over 5 GB of space without feeling it.
Right now, the Pagefile is locked in at a fixed 5 GB.

I'm having a total headache trying to fix my system time after an installation...
In the Control Panel under the synchronization tab, it just says:
An error occurred while windows was synchronizing with time.windows.com. This operation returned because the timeout period expired.
The clock was most recently synchronized on 10.8.2011. at 21:22. (which I guess is just whenever I last manually set the time, right?)
I've installed Windows XP more times than I can count and this thing has never happened to me—first time in a whole week... A "timeout period"? What am I supposed to do about that?

I'm planning on picking up Windows 7 home Premium 64-bit from Best Buy, and I was wondering if I can reinstall these operating systems multiple times, or if my product key is only good for a single use? For instance, if something happens to my computer and I have to perform a fresh installation of Windows, will that same license and key still be valid for me to use again? Also, during the actual installation process, once I enter the key and get everything set up, should I manually register them, or does the system handle the registration automatically? Thanks so much for the help!
