Honestly, I don't think that's really a Windows issue at all 😂 because when I'm using my Wireless connection, I'm seeing transfer speeds around 12-13 MB/s 😂

For me, I just jump into the HP Wireless assistant, toggle the Bluetooth on, right-click the icon in the system tray, select "Add a device," and then follow those steps I mentioned earlier...
If that doesn't do the trick, there's a helpful link right there in the Control Panel window: "What if Windows does not detect the device?" You might want to try following those additional troubleshooting steps too... 🙂

It doesn't even show up when I search for devices.

I actually really like my Windows 7 (64-bit), but I clearly don't have all my drivers installed—my laptop won't go into sleep mode because it keeps throwing an "unexpected shutdown" error. On top of that, Java and Adobe Flash have been crashing lately... any advice? Also, some songs and videos won't play; could that be missing drivers too, or something else?
Bryan Cooper said:I guess I'm wondering if anyone knows why my Windows 7 Ultimate won't boot after I install it. The installation process seems fine, but once it reaches the welcome screen, it just hangs there for a bit before saying "windows is shutting down." Then it restarts, tries to boot Windows, and just keeps looping through restarts. If someone might know how to fix this, I would appreciate the help, thanks.
