Honestly, looking at this, Toyota looks way better than Ferrari at first glance. There aren't these massive, jarring changes like you see with the Ferrari, and when you actually compare the two side-by-side, the gap between them feels huge—which honestly makes me think something’s a bit off with how they're presenting this data. Just look at the top and bottom shots, especially those green lines along the front axle. I don't know, mistybear87, what is it about the Toyota liveries that people are hating on? To me, they’re easily some of the best out there; the Toyota just looks more substantial, you know? More planted.

I assume you're talking to me, since mistybear87 didn't mention anything about the livery. Honestly, it’s already worn out and uninspired—if there’s anything missing from the grid, it’s a fresh red and white color scheme. What’s truly tragic is that they actually paid someone to "refresh" and update the look, yet the difference is almost nonexistent...

red and white are basically Toyota's signature colors

Look, if Honda decided to ditch their white look... Well, okay—not the best comparison 😬 Teams have been swapping out their "signature" liveries for ages. It’s not just about the colors; most of them have been running the exact same design for over a decade, and honestly, it wasn't even that special to begin with. Just look at how McLaren moved from grey to silver (or chrome, whatever)—not to mention their original color was basically a dirty shade of orange...

👋👋👋

The Toyota TF 109... Jarno Trulli and Timo Glock finding themselves on the podium more often than not...
Trulli even managed to grab the top step once upon a time. 😍
Toyota clinches 3rd in the Constructors' Championship. 👋

I have a dream...😳

Kevin Long20 said:Look, if we're using Honda dropping their white scheme as an example... well, alright—not the best comparison. 😬 Teams have always tweaked their "signature" liveries. It isn't just about picking different colors; some teams have been running essentially the same look for over a decade, even if it wasn't anything groundbreaking to begin with. Just look at how McLaren transitioned from grey to that silver chrome finish—not to mention their original color was actually a sort of dirty orange...

...McLaren isn't changing its core identity. Their signature look has been silver-grey for quite some time now, so let's not get ahead of ourselves...☕

McLaren isn't even messing with their colors😂😂,even though they used to rock that white and red look back in the day

Ever since the days of Bruce McLaren and those classic Can-Am races, McLaren's signature look has always been that iconic purple and orange combo.

That rear spoiler is absolutely hideous, and what even is that red piece of crap? It looks like total garbage on camera.😂

The front spoiler? From this angle, it looks more like a little butterfly...

Alright, looks like it—I was actually expecting a much thicker nose, similar to what they were running during that test session...

I’m actually digging this whole minimalist vibe with the new cars. It honestly takes me back to those beasts from the late '80s and early '90s. For the last few years, everything was just a ridiculous mess of tiny little winglets, but man, things really peaked when they started adding those massive horns 🤣

The new McLaren 😍 looks alright, I guess—even with that rear wing—but man, I swear the Ferrari is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. Or maybe they just hired a terrible photographer for the shoot? 😁

mistybear87, why don't you just bundle all those images together in the opening post for easy comparison? If we don't, this thread is going to stretch on for pages and pages of comments...

I'll find some time to get that sorted over the weekend, along with doing a little bit of housekeeping to clear out the spam from the threads, lol.

The presentations look top-notch so far, though I suspect some lackluster designs might be lurking just around the corner. 👋 😁

Come Monday, we finally get to see the most beautiful cars—the ones that will likely end up being the biggest surprises of the season, don't you think?🙏🙏🙏

Right now, it's just speculation for January 19th in Portugal.☕

Look, back in 2005, they didn't breeze through those initial crash tests either, and we all remember how Renault absolutely tore everyone apart that season.
