One from today. Finally hit the 10% body fat mark. Maybe another 1-2% to go and I'm done. 🙂 It was a long, grueling road, but the results speak for themselves. 🙂

A few shots from yesterday. Spent the entire day out on the bike and my veins were popping everywhere... I definitely pushed myself a bit too hard on the hydration front. 😁

A quick little update...
Just soaking up the summer vibes, and honestly, my nutrition is mostly on track; I make sure to hit my protein goals while letting myself enjoy some carbs whenever the mood strikes.
There’s been a fair amount of socializing and various celebrations lately, but nothing that really threw me off my game.
I'm sitting right around 155 lbs, give or take a couple of pounds.
As for staying active, it's a bit of everything—jogging trails, cycling, swimming, going for walks, and occasionally hitting the heavy bag or squeezing in a quick lifting session if a buddy happens to swing by.
It’s a steady kind of rhythm that keeps me right where I want to be regarding my goals, following that "less is more" philosophy.
I'll probably wait until there's a more significant change to share new photos, like if I move out of this weight class and pack on some more muscle, but we'll see how it goes.
Hope everyone is having an amazing summer—cheers! 👍

Here is a shot from the ice rink 😁
So, on the right you have my older brother—a fellow iron-pumper myself (28)—and on the left, well, there's me at 18
Now, I’m looking to tap into some of the more seasoned veterans here for a bit of guidance on a decision—should I aim to hit the stage in about 10 months or not? (Regarding my physique)
Do I actually stand a chance competing as a natural athlete, standing 197 cm tall and being only 18, when I'll be up against those "enhanced maniacs" who might only be 23 at most but have significantly more time under the bar? 🤔 😁
I have massive ambitions when it comes to competing, but honestly, nothing seems to be working in my favor 🕺

In the first photo, my chest looks slightly firmer. You can tell by the placement of the nipple piercings; they sit a bit higher now. Since these are high-res shots, you'll be able to see exactly how much pseudogynecomastia is actually there.
In the second one, my lower stomach looks a little more pulled in. 🕺

I’m not usually one for taking requests, but honestly, the constant private messages are starting to get under my skin. 😁
To save you all the trouble of hunting around, I’ll just drop the last two things I posted in the chat right here. 😁

Thought I’d jump in here too... I'm 46, standing 5'11" and weighing about 180 lbs...
It's mostly cycling, rafting, running, and hiking for me.
I prefer a natural look over being overly muscular, so I haven't really gone down that path. Still, when you're out there on your own, you have to take care of yourself, right? 🙂

No heels, damn it. 🤣

Here’s another shot—no heels, no filters, none of that stuff.

We were out at Lake Tahoe last week, just chilling, no gym session involved. 🤣

I didn't feel like cropping the guy out of the frame.

Just a little selfie before heading to bed.
The male version of me, with a lower FBI rating. I've got a brutal mindset and solid discipline when it comes to training, diet, and life in general. Since I've been on this forum for a while now and it's become a part of my life, I figured I'd just post it without making a scene...

Take it easy on me, please. Feeling a bit self-conscious right now. 😢

Tyson, if the photo file is too big, let me know and I'll fix it. 😁

I’ve been sitting on the idea of posting some photos for quite a while now—just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

My routine: I do yoga in the morning (just a quick session to wake up and stretch out), then hit CrossFit after work—including plenty of cardio—about five times a week.
Diet-wise, I stick to low carb, mostly focusing on high protein.

As far as my physique goes, I'm happy with where I'm at—I really love the hourglass look. My main focus moving forward will be working on my glutes, since that’s definitely my weak point right now.

While you all occupy yourselves in the chat discussing Madonna (that stalker 😁), perhaps someone—someone whose interests lie elsewhere than celebrity gossip—might take a moment to look at my photo and offer some critique, a comment, or even a bit of advice. I am genuinely seeking your thoughts, whether they be constructive criticism or simple praise, perhaps even a descriptive definition of my appearance; I would be profoundly grateful for your insights 😁 Please excuse the somewhat tanned complexion; it was merely a temporary condition 🤣

Hey everyone, I’d love to get some advice or even a bit of constructive criticism from you all...
Basically, I've been doing quite a bit of running lately, along with full-body strength training—mostly things like kettlebell swings and pull-ups. My ultimate goal is just to stay fit and feel great as I head into my forties! :-)

Here are a few more shots for the jury to review :-) For those curious about the stats, I'm standing at about 5'10" and weighing in at 170 lbs.

Hey everyone. I don't usually post, but I’ve been lurking here for over a year and this place has honestly played a huge part in my progress. A lot of you guys talking about different topics really helped me wrap my head around training and nutrition, which led to actual physical results, so here’s my transformation

Two pics: first is August 2014. 6'0" and 194 lbs. Second is August 2015. 6'0" and 172 lbs.

image

image

Keep in mind, I actually started training back in June 2014 when I was a whopping 216 lbs. 😁 Obviously, I don't have photos from then—who wants to take a picture at 220+?

I started out with running and bodyweight stuff. Didn't even hit the gym until April. Looking back, I'm pretty annoyed because I made way more progress in those 4 months than I did in the 10 months before that, both in terms of how I look and what I can do (like, I swam five times more this summer than I ever have in my life).

As for what's next, I can't tell if there's still fat left on my chest and abs or if it's just loose skin. Either way, the plan is to drop a few more pounds and focus purely on building muscle.

Lol. How do I resize these images? They're way too big. 🙂

I'm about 6'4" and 198 lbs, so I guess if I put on a few more pounds, I might just be right where I need to be🙂

Alright, here's my two cents! I've still got a massive mountain of work to climb, but hey, at least I finally got the ball rolling 😁
