I was 205 lbs six months ago. Now I'm down to 205 lbs. I didn't have any old photos, so I'll use these as my "before" shots and post an update in about six months to a year. 🙂

Finally getting over this flu, so I'm just gauging where things stand. Happy that I actually managed to stay on track with my diet. We'll see if the strength is still there when I hit the gym next week. :|

It’s been about two months since my last progress shots and I’m sitting at 112 lbs right now, though I did bump up from 110 to 117 just so I actually had some shape to work with when building my glutes 😁 honestly I think I've had enough of that for now because my legs are looking a bit better...
The next move is to drop about 6 or 7 lbs over the next couple of months, just taking it slow

So, here’s my update after one month on a heavy bulk where I managed to pack on about 15 lbs.

http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=...c#.VSSD6WN00aI

Currently sitting at 255 lbs, and the goal is to push it to at least 265. These are the "before" shots; I’ll snap some more in a month and post the progress.😁
Just enough to show all the skeptics what kind of gains you can actually pull off in just thirty days.👍

I've been sticking to bodyweight training for about a year now, and I'm just getting started. 😛
Please excuse the mediocre photo quality...

It’s been a lifetime since I last posted here.

Life just doesn't leave much room for typing, but I'm still lurking through the PDFs. 🙂

Still stuck in the CrossFit grind. Honestly, I'm working more now—balancing two jobs is a mess—so I'm training less than I was this time last year, but I still hit it about four times a week. The goal is to push the results further. Trying to reclaim the muscle I lost during that two-month break where I did nothing, but apparently, the body has a memory. My legs took the biggest hit.

Feel free to drop some criticism or whatever. 🎉

It’s been quite a while since I last checked in here, so I figured it was time to drop a quick update. 😁
I’m sitting at roughly 227 lbs right now—though I think I can probably squeeze out another 2 or 3 more pounds before I call it a win. That’ll be it for me!

And because I can't help myself, I’m going to indulge in a little bit of self-congratulation. ☕😵

I figured it was finally time to share some photos so I’m not just talking big without any proof.
Essentially, my training and nutrition follow the Babasov methods. 😁

Just to give you some context, there's about a year's worth of progress between these "before" and "after" shots. My routine revolves around kickboxing, where I actually compete quite actively. Most of my work involves bodyweight exercises and functional movements, mixed in with some pure strength training here and there—it's basically an all-around fitness approach designed to keep me sharp for combat sports.
Diet-wise, I stick mostly to Paleo principles and try to live as healthily as possible. Aside from the technical details, I pretty much call the shots myself, whether I'm prepping meals in the kitchen or pushing my limits in the gym.
Cheers!

Still sitting at 192 lbs. Plan is to keep building strength using whatever I can find outside a gym. Doing pull-ups and dips for upper body—sometimes weighted—and hitting sprints and hill climbs on the bike for legs.

So, um... I've been trying to get myself into a workout routine about three or four times a week, nothing too crazy really: just some squats, push-ups, and core work—maybe thirty minutes here and there—plus a little bit of cardio whenever I can find the time. For food, I've been focusing on lots of fruits, veggies, and protein (I make sure to eat lean protein pretty regularly, too). It’s been about two months now, and I know that cellulite is always going to be a thing 🎉 but I'm definitely not giving up, so I'm sticking with it, even if my workouts aren't exactly hardcore, since it’s honestly better than doing nothing at all given how busy I am with classes and everything else.... 😬 I really wish my abs were more defined, though I realize that's mostly down to diet and keeping up with steady cardio......

Getting ready for summer 😁

The mirror isn't giving me the full picture, so I guess I’ll have to work harder. It’s a bit deceptive in here lol

Here is that back photo I promised you all. Just a heads-up, though—these shots were taken while my muscles were cold and without any kind of pump. I’ll plan to drop the next progress update once I wrap up my current set of matches and can get back to focusing on pull-ups and bodyweight training as my main foundation for movement and strength. 👍

Here’s one from a few months back—not sure if I’ve already posted this one somewhere.
I think I was sitting around 170–175 lbs here.

Here’s where I’m at right now—honestly, I can't decide if I should keep grinding to drop more weight or just try to hold steady through the summer heat :/
