I’ve got a question here, but I’m looking for someone who actually knows their stuff and can give me some real help! 😉

Just a heads up—I took these photos right after a big meal, so I don't know if that changes anything!
The bottom line is: HOW do I get visible abs?
I can churn out endless crunches without stopping—leg raises, side twists, bicycle crunches, you name it, I do them all.
But honestly, I barely even feel the burn anymore. It's like they’ve become way too easy for me. When I hold a half-crunch position, my core feels hard as a rock, and I really want to pull off that "six-pack" look, but it’s just nowhere to be seen!
So, why isn't it happening? And more importantly, how do I make it happen?

So, here’s what I’m working with. My legs are definitely the weakest link. They've always been pretty solid, as you can see from the photos, but my main goal is to build out some serious glute volume 🙂
Don't hold back—give me all the critiques you've got. 😉

For context, my measurements:

Here are a few shots from this past summer. Looking ahead to next year, the main goal is to drop my body fat percentage and
finally get those abs to show up...

Here are a few shots of my progress (keeping them black and white since that's just my style😁). The first two are from back in February, and the last one is from this past October. I’ve been focusing heavily on my back lately—I’ve got a pull-up bar at home, so I’m hitting pull-ups pretty regularly—followed by legs. For the last three months, I’ve really been putting in the work on my shoulders, though I did let my chest and abs slide a little bit😢which is why I’m wearing a shirt in the front shot. Give me another month or two and I’ll post those too, because I’ve started getting serious about training my anterior chain.

Alright, let’s get things moving here 😁
No heels or fancy shoes this time—it might not be the most polished look, but I honestly couldn't find a better angle 😁

http://www.imagesforme.com/show.php/..._DSC000191.JPG

And here is a full-body shot. Between all the Pilates and those specific spinal exercises, my arms are looking pretty toned—you can even see some definition starting in my calves... 😁

http://www.imagesforme.com/show.php/...9082008204.jpg

As for the abs... well, please try not to roast me too hard 🤣

I’ve finally found a routine that actually works for my core; I stick to two different types of workouts. Honestly, the hardest part is just that initial phase where you're trying to build that definition—once it's there, it's mostly just maintenance. I definitely have my lazy days where I slack off, but I always seem to find my way back to it pretty quickly. 😉

Alright, here’s a fresh set of photos to finally put this old year behind me—it's been a long one!

From the side profile, I have to admit, things look a little scrawny—not my best angle by far.
http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/6151/30532282mq5.jpg
But then, looking at the torso as a whole, it actually looks much better in person—cameras can be so deceptive sometimes.
http://img154.imageshack.us/img154/9869/97238850sy7.jpg
Here is the back with a relaxed posture—which, honestly, feels pretty good given all the swimming I've been doing lately.
http://img244.imageshack.us/img244/2...ija0011ob3.jpg
And here’s the back with those lats pulled in tight.
http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/9...ija0010qy4.jpg

For those first two shots, you might need to rotate your screen a bit—I'm definitely not a pro photographer, so bear with me! Now, I'm eager to hear what you guys think.

So, I resized and flipped this one to follow the usual recommendations.
http://img410.imageshack.us/my.php?i...ija001aor3.jpg I'm not entirely happy with how this one turned out.
The relaxed back view? Actually, I'm really pleased with that part.
http://img201.imageshack.us/my.php?i...ija0011he3.jpg
Anyway, time to get a little more "posing" done. 😁

Hello, everyone

I suppose I should probably mention that I feel a little bit self-conscious about making my very first post here by immediately uploading photos, but I have finally come to the conclusion that it is time for me to take some serious action, and quite frankly, I feel like I need to act urgently. To be honest, I seem to have quite a wide frame—I have very broad hips, somewhat heavy arms, and I would say my legs are actually the most prominent part of my physique, coupled with a rather wide and flat backside...

So, if it isn't too much trouble, I was wondering if you all might be willing to share your thoughts and perhaps offer some guidance 🙂 specifically, do you think I would be better off joining a local gym for weight training, or perhaps trying out an aerobics class?

These photos really fit my nickname: maybe I’ll actually take flight, haha 😉

Here’s one where I’m acting normal instead of putting on a whole show for everyone 😁
I still need to put on a few pounds to look like I belong 😉
But hey, I’m still young—there’s plenty of time

Alright, I guess I'll join the fray too.
I just signed up for a gym membership two days ago, so consider these photos
my official "before" shot...

About a year back, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness. It’s one of those things that limits my ability to push myself through heavy physical strain, which means this whole journey of getting back in shape is going to be an uphill battle...

The ultimate goal is to hit some kind of ideal fitness level and weight, especially since my weight has been all over the place lately—swinging from 140 lbs to where I am now at about 175 lbs (standing at 5'7").

I would truly appreciate it if someone could suggest a moderate-intensity routine—ideally something more cardio-focused—and perhaps take a look at these photos to tell me which muscle groups I should probably prioritize...

P.S.
Regarding my diet, I'm dealing with some pretty extreme restrictions. I can't touch eggs, dairy, fresh bread, or meat (unless it's boiled chicken or beef), and so on...

I'm really trying to figure out which specific exercises will actually help me get those side obliques—you know, that toned look
http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=28b5uf9&s=5
Since you can clearly see from the photo that I have super wide shoulders—and since I'm training hard right now (hitting the gym constantly, though I played competitive volleyball until about two and a half years ago)—which shoulder and back exercises should I steer clear of versus which ones are okay to keep? I mean, I can't just cut them out entirely, right? Or should I just stick to lighter weights? Any suggestions?

http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2hpqgco&s=4 This is more or less what my full body looks like..

I was banned from this forum for a while—but I’ve been lurking the whole time regardless. Just wanted to say hello to everyone and drop a single photo...

Me, personally?.. I think I can handle it.👋
..Just doing 1.5 miles, three times a week.. Honestly, I feel like you can actually see some muscle definition starting to show... though I wouldn't push it much further than that. I've never been a huge fan of the overly muscular look on women.
imageimageimage
..Those side lines were a total surprise to me, though..
Turns out they're just from sitting at my desk all day.. haha.

Here is my current struggle😢

I really need to get serious about my diet.🤔

Mostly just need to stop overindulging.😳

I know I don't pop in here all that often, but I love to just swing by and skim through everything to see if there’s anything new worth catching up on.
So, I finally decided to go ahead and post a photo, though I have to admit I'm not exactly thrilled with how I look right now, so I figured I'd just put it out there and ask you all for some honest feedback... basically, if you could point out where my flaws are or if there's any extra weight I should be looking to lose, I'm all ears! 😂
Well, I might as well dive right in and get to work on that, because honestly, I'm still pretty young at heart, so age isn't really a factor for me, you know? ;)

Oh man, here we go again... just one more. :(

Honestly, I have no clue what my actual physique looks like since I don't exactly go out and show myself off to the world, so you guys be the judge here. What do you think?

hmmm I don't know, I just feel so sluggish lately. No matter how much I work out, I can't seem to build any muscle... and I feel like I probably need to put on some weight too, but it's not happening even though I feel like I'm eating constantly 🙄

I’m a pretty private guy, so I doubt anyone actually knows what’s going on under my shirt, but I figured it was finally time to share some thoughts here. 😉

Here’s the idea and the background info.
So, I actually got a DM once asking—what am I wearing? It wasn't really the typical PULS method approach, but hey, whatever, it doesn't matter much.
Anyway, these are the pants I was rocking right at that moment—

I snapped this during class while I was just messing around on my phone and chilling, waiting to see how they felt out in the real world.
