The quality isn't great, and while it didn't fall entirely into the trash, I just couldn't bring myself to take the shot again.

Me too.

Here are two new ones. I honestly feel like I’ve achieved everything I wanted with my physique; now I’m just maintaining it through a mix of S-Factor training and cardio. 😉

You can't really see my waistline in this one, but it's definitely there—it looks pretty toned otherwise.

And here's one from my workout today:

Well, I see the haters are out in full force already 😁 but hey, I actually managed to put on some weight—muscle mass, specifically—so here are today's photos. They were just taken on my phone, so excuse the crappy quality! 😉

back🙂

and my legs (yeah, they're super thin, I get it, but honestly, I dig this look 😛)

bye

I don't want to post any photos where I'm totally naked, so I cropped one shot heavily just to prove that I am definitely not underweight. I've been working my legs and glutes for almost a year now—that kind of effort has to show up somehow! I mean, looking at myself, my legs are looking more muscular now, and while my butt is small, it’s finally shaped. As for making it bigger? No clue how to do that, because if I keep training the way I am, I feel like I might just lose it all entirely! 🤣 😢
Anyway...

Here's a fresh one from a recent photoshoot; you can really tell I've been putting in the work on my lower body for a year 😁, even though I'm still stuck in my old clothing size 😍

Check out this shot I took about a month ago! I snapped it early in the morning before grabbing breakfast 😁: )
Look at those legs 😬

Alright, here’s a shot of my torso. I didn't include the abs because, frankly, I can't resist grabbing a beer every now and then. This image should be used strictly for educational purposes, specifically to prove that aging software engineers don't necessarily have to be out of shape or unkempt. 😁 (...besides, I've actually started watching what I eat, so I figured I might as well post this while the progress is still fresh. This photo was taken about ten days ago.)

Good morning... yeah, here goes nothing...
I’m pretty aware of my own weak spots. I didn't include a shot of my midsection because I haven't quite tackled that area yet 😬
As for my legs... well, I definitely need to lean out a bit—mostly around the calves—but everything feels pretty firm, which I actually like. I also want to smooth out the transition from my glutes to my thighs a little more.
Ignore the bruising on my hips; I’ve had a few nasty wipeouts on my bike over the last few days 🙈
Regarding my arms... I really need to tone up the triceps so that "bat wing" area doesn't hang quite so much.
Ugh, I feel so awkward doing this. I’ve censored everything—the room, the dog, even myself 😬 🙈 ...I’m getting a little paranoid that someone might actually recognize me. It would be so mortifying if someone caught on—here I am acting like such a big shot posting on this forum while simultaneously whining about needing to drop some pounds. 😬 So, I might just pull these photos down later. 😕

Edit—the leg photo was taken yesterday, but the arm shot is over a month old. My arms are looking more muscular now, so I’ll try to snap a new one. You can't really tell in this specific leg photo.

Here is my own progress update... apologies in advance if the quality isn't great 😁

To be honest, I’m pretty unhappy with my current physique—specifically my midsection and everything below it. 😂
I’ve been swimming relentlessly for over six months now, sometimes putting in four hours a day, almost every single day. It’s become a solid habit, but unfortunately, the results aren't where I want them to be. My goal is to drop about 20 pounds, and since swimming is proving to be such a struggle for weight loss, I’m pivoting to running...
I’m hoping that will start showing some actual progress soon. My absolute last resort is hitting the gym, because frankly, I can't stand weightlifting. 😳

Feel free to tear me apart.😉

so... here it is...
5'4", 123 lbs
feel free to tear me apart! I figured it was finally time to just put this out there🙂🙂
I hit the gym and bike for about 4.4 miles a day—though you can't really tell from this photo since it was taken in the morning. My core isn't doing much of anything. 🤣
Happy commenting! 😁

As I promised some of you, since there are unwritten forum rules (or so John claims) stating that if you want to comment, you have to post a photo of yourself first:

image

Just to be clear, I have zero interest in becoming a bodybuilder or doing anything drastic with my physique. I’m fine with how things look now; I might try to lean out a bit, but I have no intention of joining a gym.

Here’s a quick BEFORE and AFTER.
The first shot is from two years ago—back when I was carrying some extra weight and wasn't hitting the gym at all.😁
The second one was taken this morning.

I don't have a better "before" pic—honestly, my posing sucked back then—but it'll do.

Just wanted to show what the Deloitte back and glute program actually does. 🙏My weight isn't even that much lower in the second photo—I haven't stepped on a scale in ages—but by feel, maybe down a few pounds? Still, the progress is solid enough.

So, go ahead—tear me apart, give me advice, whatever. Just trying to get better. Thanks. 🙂

Back 2007.
Back this morning.

I’m not sure if anyone remembers my old posts, but I originally came here because I was looking for some advice on how to slim down my hips. To be honest, my lifestyle isn't exactly the healthiest—I don't really eat any vegetables at all, and I'm not active in any meaningful way, unless you count the occasional stroll through the neighborhood... anyway, I wanted to share some progress. I’ve uploaded three photos to the album so you can get a clear look at my hip area. Just a heads-up, I added some filters to these 😬
just for fun.

Here are my little photos. Like I said before—I’m definitely not a tech genius. But hey, there’s plenty of work to be done and things to download. Now that I’m actually looking back at these pictures, I’m feeling a bit depressed... I could have sworn there was less extra bacon on me. Oh boy...😲😲😲

Also, I’m having a bit of a hard time uploading these images. I really hope I did it right and didn't mess everything up...🙂
