I haven't gotten anywhere with my planned pre-season definition. 😳

190cm / 227 lbs

Just one question—

are my calves too thin?

Here’s mine. I know there are plenty of these floating around, but I’m curious to see how much progress I've actually made. This photo is from two months ago—didn't really feel like snapping a new one since nothing huge has changed, just a firmer stomach and my legs look better since I've been biking a lot more.

I used this blacked-out part to hide my body, even though it looks like this.🙂

Some people have killer looks, but I’m just pure lethal. 🙂

I don't know, to me this just looks like pig trotters. 🙂

I am fully aware that I really ought to get my room tidied up—it’s one of those tasks that just hangs over my head like a cloud! 😳 😁

I just updated my logs, so I figured I’d drop the progress here as well... the older photos are over in that archived thread. To give you the quick version: back on May 18, 2009, I was sitting at 192 lbs with a body fat percentage north of 40% (roughly looking like Shaq 🙂). By July 1, 2009, I had dropped to 183 lbs with about 25% body fat. Right now, I’m taking a breather from the strict dieting that fueled that 30-pound loss. Once this break is over—likely in September—I’ll get back to the game plan: hitting 10% body fat. If all goes according to plan, I should reach that goal by the end of the year (in about four months of work).

I had anticipated gaining some weight back once I transitioned to a more sustainable diet, but that hasn't really happened, which is actually a pleasant surprise. 🙂

Here is my take on it... honestly, nothing really bothers me, except for this red circle right here—that protruding part just refuses to sit flush, no matter what I do. 😕

So, some of you might remember... I actually tried to stop being skin and bones and hit my goal weight (went from 99 lbs to 110 lbs), plus did some leg and glute workouts because even though I was thin, everything just felt... flabby.
Anyway, here are two pics. Honestly, I’m still not feeling it, since those extra 11 pounds seem to have vanished everywhere except maybe my butt.🤣
I seriously don't know if it's worth the struggle to keep gaining weight, since it clearly all just goes straight to my lower half.🤷
There, see? I'm not the only skinny one out there.😍

It’s becoming painfully obvious to me ☕... I am being worked to death 🙄...

I’m currently dealing with some physical ailment that’s making regular training impossible...

I need a mountain of advice 🙄... is there any hope for me in the form of a decent woman I can lean on😍!?

Here’s the photo I promised yesterday. It felt a bit off seeing my stomach looking like that in the first shot—I didn't want goldenfox24 or some random guy overthinking things wondering why my abs were practically nonexistent—so I'm posting this one from every possible angle just to be thorough 😁

Well, I finally worked up the nerve to join in—I didn't want to feel awkward just lurking while you all commented 😳
. I'm actually pretty happy with how my arms and thighs look, even though I took these photos recently after a bit of a roller coaster. Basically, I did six months of nothing, then two months of hitting the gym and eating right, followed by another month of being totally off track. I’m planning to get back into a solid routine at the gym in a week or so, so hopefully, I can slim down my legs a bit by next summer 😬

Here are two more shots of my legs in jeans, though honestly, I probably can't even see what I think is an issue

Same here...
I'm about 5'8" and currently sitting at 123 lbs. I'm trying to tone up a bit (basically just trying to lose that tiny bit of extra softness around my stomach), but my legs feel way too thin... I don't really love that I lack a feminine silhouette or a bit more curves in the back 😢😁 ... but oh well, it is what it is... any advice would be great

Here are my progress photos after six months of consistent training, followed by one month of inactivity while vacationing on the coast. I am 5'7" and currently weighing 145 lbs; I still need to drop at least 11 lbs and, obviously, focus heavily on toning. My legs and core remain my primary challenges. I was 165 lbs before starting this journey, which was unacceptable—I am never letting myself get back to that state again.

It’s been 25 days since my last update. In the interim, I’ve been overeating in an attempt to maintain a caloric surplus and pack on some muscle mass. However, despite the bingeing, a deficit somehow reasserted itself, and I actually ended up losing a bit of weight. Consequently, I am abandoning the bulking attempt—at least until I hit the 200lb mark, as I am currently sitting at 172lbs. I will instead finish my previous goal: reaching 10% body fat. I anticipate hitting that within thirty to forty-five days. 🙂

Could I get a body fat estimate?

P.S. It feels somewhat awkward posting photos right after a session with Venancio, but dissatisfaction serves as the foundation for progress. Moving forward. 🙂

Here are two shots from my workout a few days back...

I'm sitting right around 180 lbs.

It's been 10 days without a single update—time to stir this thread back to life.

Man, I’ve really been flooding the feed with photos lately, haven't I? 😁

Here is another shot of my midsection—I think it gives a much clearer picture of where things stand, because in that last photo, my stomach looked way more bloated than it actually is.
And just one from the back, too! James Ruiz6 accused me of having narrow shoulders, so consider this my official defense. 😬

As for the weight, honestly, I’m not entirely sure yet. I should have a better idea in about a week, but I doubt I’ve dropped below 155 lbs. 🤷
I guess that’s where that whole theory comes in—you know, about how muscle weighs more than fat? Or maybe I just have heavy bones! Who knows? 😬
Anyway, thanks so much for all the comments! I realized I totally forgot to say thank you to everyone earlier. 🙂

Elf asked me what my actual goals are... Honestly? Nothing crazy. I just want to look and feel my best. 😁
It’s been a little depressing dealing with this injury that's keeping me from running. 🙂 :navukla se:
But hey, I’m sure I’ll be back on the track before you know it! 👍

Well, perhaps I should be bold enough to share something here myself 😳

First, let me present a photo from two or three years ago for comparison 🙈 (this was the state of things until just a few months ago)

image

And then, this is how things look after about two weeks

image

image

image

There is still a significant amount of work ahead, though I suppose the progress is visible...
Admittedly, I am currently taking a break from the gym, and I can only hope that I won't ruin everything during this hiatus 🙄 Is it not incredibly difficult to maintain a strict diet when one isn't exercising? I find that my motivation simply evaporates 🤷 I even considered going out for a run, but the thought of doing it entirely alone is quite unappealing 😢 It seems to me that I must return to the gym as soon as possible 😍

Anyway, let's toss a fresh update out there—I don't even know what to call this, really. I'm not exactly thrilled with how things look right now, but hey, give it a few years and maybe it’ll actually start looking like something respectable

image

Looking at the mirror now, I realize I definitely need to trim the neck area 🤣

Still got some work to do on the arms, too 😳
