That part starting at 8:04? Absolutely elite. I mean, can we just talk about that vibe for a second? 🙏🙏😍😍😍

San Francisco folks better enjoy it while it lasts...
You guys should probably take a peek over at Europe too...it's about time...
btw. That Navy cheering was honestly kind of lame...☕

So, I sat through the whole video.
And I just can't help but notice one thing:
YOUR FAN SUPPORT IS A TOTAL CATASTROPHE!
I honestly thought maybe my hearing was failing me because I couldn't hear anything, or maybe it was some other issue...
But watching this clip, you can actually see how incredibly forced everything is by this guy who is trying every possible way to hype up the crowd. He’s so persistent with his unarticulated screaming into the mic that, honestly, he's basically the only thing you hear in the entire eight-minute video.
If we dissect the clip a little bit, you'll see that during the first few minutes, the Navy is actually cheering. Hands are up in the air... there's that roar from the stands that gives any real fan chills... I mean, that's the kind of noise that's brought me out to San Francisco for nearly 20 years... That's what I've experienced plenty of times before. You can really feel it for about three minutes. Flags are waving, strobes are flashing... hands are up... and the singing echoes off the surroundings, making an incredible amount of noise.
Then, at the three-minute mark, the whole thing just falls apart.
They hold up signs saying "our supporters are the best" and then the yelling into the microphone starts—something like "let everyone know"—which, in my estimation, maybe a thousand people are actually following. If you listen closely at the four-minute mark, the Navy can't even hear him... all you hear is this guy literally begging for people to cheer... "let's go," "stronger," "come on"...
I think the guy probably lost 20 pounds just from the stress of this concert...
Then at minute five, the flares start going off. All the flags are up again, and yet, once more, you only hear the microphone going "ooooooooooooooo... I love you San Franciscoooooooo" and absolutely NOTHING else!
There's some background murmur, sure, but nothing coming from the crowd that can compete with the guy animating them.
It's almost like he didn't stop blaring "come onnnnnnn" into the mic. He did that at least ten times. But whatever.

I'm actually low-key terrified we're gonna pull a total disaster move again 😬. Last time I watched my big boys, Atlanta United, playing in Europe, they were sitting at 94th in the Champions League quarterfinals 👎... man, like 15 years have passed since then...
It's true though, our clubs are basically a tragedy when they play against Europe, from Atlanta United back in '94 to General Motors pulling something similar in the cup a bit later...
I mean, even LA Galaxy made it into the Champions League, which is actually an American thing, so this whole situation just sucks...😵

Navy, huge props on yesterday!
And honestly, whoever came up with that final message deserves a lifetime supply of free beer—no joke.
Even that first one wasn't half bad, either!
If I remember correctly, it went something like this:
The fans are everything, they're the soul of the club
but there’s no force stronger than us!
Anyway, if anyone happens to have a photo of that sign, could you please post it?

That message is pure gold—easily the highlight of the MLS season 😁
. Even some casual fans watching SportsCenter were commenting on how the Navy really hit the nail on the head today 😁
. The stands have been looking great lately; that’s just the spirit of San Francisco and the Navy 👍

Let’s all just take a collective shot at the Navy to boost KOMPLEKSE (assuming they have any space left) because honestly, losing like this is just pathetic... it’s brutal.😁
Keep suffering, loser 😁

Anyway, if anyone can find a photo of that sign, please post it!
'The guy who wrote the message' only drinks yogurt—that's his secret to success.😁
Here's the first one:
Otherwise, the chanting wasn't actually that terrible, but the video mostly just shows clips of people holding up signs, or when the West side is packed with flags, or when it's just a massive cloud of smoke... and the cheering kind of dies down during those parts..

Honestly, I don't think anyone's ever going to top that message, past, present, or future. It was so funny I almost lost control of my bladder right there. Sure, I was a little tipsy from both the excitement and the drinks at the time, but man, it was something else. 😁😂

How many flares did you guys end up firing into the sky?😉
"Could the owner of the ............ please move their vehicle because it's in the way"?
In plain English:
The owner of the .............. is being notified that their roof just went up in flames.🤣

it's all laid out in the report on the official site, fanatics!
the blast of the trumpets followed by the whole West side erupting—with the rest of the stadium joining in every now and then—was honestly priceless..
pure greatness:
old school vibes at the fence—just casual fans hanging out🙏🙏
graffiti for Romich, the concert, 👍🙏
not going to deal with the tovars because this thread is about our fanatics—the stuff on the fence is basically just saying they hate the rival group🙏
I won't bother with the tovars, but let's be real—you guys just made a cheap knockoff of our "hate Pandur" banner. You just took the "Pandur" part and left the rest, which just shows how insanely obsessed you are with us. Looking at these photos of the wreath being placed, you can see some of the older fans who ditched their old group back in the day to join the fanatics—thank god we don't have those types in our crew anymore. You spend all your time attacking us, yet when you head down to Miami, you show up in tiny numbers; hopefully, that changes so we can actually hear you guys from the north stands for once...
#955 ·
Let’s just take a look at reality since the fanatics keep bragging. The fanatics have had nothing but disasters all season, and their turnout is honestly a joke. For home games, you rarely see more than 200 of them, and they struggle to get even 50 people together for away trips. Then, suddenly, they show up for one single game, pack out the stadium, and act like they deserve a standing ovation. Ten little posts online aren't going to save their season—they were an absolute laughingstock.😂
#956 ·
Their cheering was practically non-existent—I mean, if I really tried to listen, I could barely hear them from the West stands maybe two or three times...
#957 ·
The absolute peak of absurdity has to be these neighborhood transparency reports that carry absolutely zero weight whatsoever

It was honestly hilarious watching them slowly peel them down; it looked like they’d rather just leave them hanging on the fence until the next World Cup. I guess at least I got a little laugh out of it in the end.

They did it on purpose—making their banner a total rip-off of ours. That’s the whole point. Honestly, I don't care, but let them have it. Just don't forget: freedom comes with consequences, and we aren't backing down. Same old story.
The visuals from the Armada are top-tier, seriously, they look incredible. But I haven't heard a damn thing from them, maybe once or twice if I'm being generous. It just feels weak.
The messages are solid enough and the turnout was decent, but good luck trying to save a season that was an absolute embarrassment.
If the Boys and the Armada keep playing up like they have over the last couple of years, we might actually have a legendary atmosphere this upcoming season.

It’s true—we can’t just gloss over the fact that our season has been pretty rough so far—but man, that match? Seriously, hats off to the San Francisco crew. It just goes to show that when you actually put your heart into it, anything is possible. I won't even get started on the turnout, because honestly, seeing the Kop absolutely packed was something else! The pyrotechnics were top-tier too—flares and strobes looking incredible—and the banners were all genuinely beautiful (I mean, sure, some folks were clearly at their first game, but hey, whatever, let them enjoy it!). The messages, especially 🙏 that one in the 92nd minute, were spot on, and the walkers were executed perfectly. In my book, they’re right up there with the Black Knights and the Dodgers fans—if we can just find some consistency with the attendance, we'll be golden.
Sending love from Savannah!
