based on the rather incredible assumption that someone actually possesses the capacity to pull that off:
1) you'll be fine, physically speaking... though you might deal with some gastrointestinal issues...
2) the standard medical advice for situations like this is:
- if the massive dose of birth control pills was taken intentionally, starting psychiatric treatment is vital, since more severe or serious attempts at self-harm can follow:
If the overdose was intentional, psychiatric evaluation is important as other, more threatening attempts at self-harm may follow
if this was just a case of a catastrophically low IQ, then everything is fine, provided you don't plan on doing it again...
otherwise, this is something where you need to see a psychiatrist immediately, and there's absolutely no reason to feel ashamed about it...
