ooo, let's start with this one first
and why'd you put an X on it?? why not just put some letters or a Y? huh? why?

fadedorca66 said:Man, starting with this is definitely the way to go.
So why on earth did you pick an X? Why not lead with something like 'XYZ' or maybe just a 'Y'? Come on, what was the logic there?
Because the transparent part is shaped like an X.🙂

Alright, I finally figured out a way to manage these cables! I ended up wrapping them all together using some garden mesh meant for securing tree trunks. Check out the photos:

Maybe you should learn how to take a decent photo first.🙂

I actually stumbled upon a pretty solid workaround for managing cables—just some electrical tape 😁

Joshua Davis18—just a quick word here—you know I’m not usually one for those kinds of mods, but honestly? Here is a little something 👍 for all the hard work and effort you put in... 😁

By the way, I wanted to ask you... regarding that first photo... why on earth is that Maxter running so hot that it actually needs a dedicated fan just to keep it cool? 😁

fadedorca66 said:Why didn't you just lead with 'ZNJ' or maybe a Y? Seriously—why not?
Because using an X was simply the easiest way for him to get it done...😁😁😁😁
My bad for the triple post... I realized after the fact there was way too much material to go through, and I honestly didn't have the energy to sit and edit everything....

Yeah, and who even uses floppy disks anymore? 🙂

fadedorca66 said:Yeah, because anyone still uses floppy disks anyway 🙂
I don't know, you never know when you'll dig one up and realize it's the only thing that can open a specific file.
My old John Deere tractor doesn't run hot or anything, but I always like to add an extra vent just to let it breathe; honestly, you can't really go wrong with more airflow.
Everything is drying out right now, so I should be able to get it all put back together tomorrow.

So, this is what the front looks like
http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...o/DSC00474.jpg
The inside of the right rear section
http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...o/DSC00473.jpg
The outside of the right rear section
http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...o/DSC00472.jpg
And here’s the case itself

pretty cool, maybe you could've painted that area where the motherboard ports are (USB, PS/2, etc.)

I left it like that on purpose.

I picked up a potentiometer, but since it’s purple, I’m planning on repainting it. Your enclosure is absolutely killer!

Man, you really could have at least let me help you out, couldn't you?? Huh? Huh?

Well, that is going to be an absolutely ferocious machine once you drop that engine in... isn't that right, Big Smoke?
By the way, I have to say, you did a fantastic job on this build—consider this a bit of well-deserved praise from me.😉
