There was this urban legend floating around about some tourists a few years back near the outskirts of Austin. Supposedly, instead of serving them lamb, the restaurant served them dog... They were having a great time until they offered a scrap to their own pup, and the dog wouldn't touch it. They figured the meat might be spoiled, so they took a sample to a lab for testing... I imagine the shock was pretty 😬

I saw this in the news the other day—apparently, a massive python escaped from a zoo somewhere in Turkey, and local officials actually advised citizens to avoid eating kebabs until they caught the thing. 😬
