I’m feeling a bit strange, honestly, because I didn't even get worked up or start swearing...😕
I suppose matches like this, where there isn't even a close finish, are just a total waste of time.😁😁😁😁

At the end of the day, defense is purely a matter of willpower and grit, and since we've already fought our way into the semifinals, I have every confidence that we won't be lacking in either department.

If I may offer a brief observation—and I am certainly no expert—it appeared as though the US team played at half-strength until the 40th minute, suddenly shifted into high gear, and then slowed down again after the halftime break. While that approach is sensible for managing player fatigue, one cannot—or perhaps should not—rely solely on the likes of LeBron James or Kevin Durant to bail us out every single time. The defense was particularly porous today (three blocks!!!!!), leaving the keepers essentially exposed—and if my memory serves, Blazick actually didn't make a single save.
All in all, after a day and a half of rest, I'm rooting for you guys to bring home the gold.

Seriously, Blazicko is a total disaster zone. It’s such a massive black hole, man—nobody could even get anything out of it if they tried.

Regarding the semifinals.

Our group:
We take first place if the Russians draw or lose to the Danes.
We end up second if the Russians beat Dance.

If the Danes and Iceland tie, it all comes down to goal difference to see who grabs that second spot since they drew earlier. Right now, the Danes are sitting at +7 and Iceland is at +6 going into the final round, which gives Iceland the edge because they're facing Norway.

Group two.
Before the final round:
1. Spain 7
2. France 6
3. Germany 5

Germany just took down the Poles 32-24, putting them at 7 points. If Spain somehow chokes against the Janes, it’ll be decided by goal difference since they tied their match. Germany is at +15 right now and Spain is at +14, so Germany would pull ahead because Spain couldn't catch them even if they lost. Realistically, though, Spain will beat the Janes and France will handle the Ukrainians, leaving us with:

1. Spain 9
2. France 8

most likely:
1. USA 8
2. Iceland 7, assuming the Danes don't beat the Russians by a bigger margin than Iceland beats Norway (currently Denmark has the goal lead)

possible:
1. Russia 8 if they beat Dance
2. USA 8

unlikely:
1. USA 8
2. Denmark 7 if they beat the Russians by a larger or equal margin than Iceland beats Norway
