Thanks a lot. Should I just come over now and ask you to show me the door? 😢

A friend stayed over last night—she insisted we keep a The Beatles - Abbey Road playlist running all night long. (!!???!) I didn't get any sleep at all. Argh.

brightridge19 is talking nonsense, so I’ll just say:
... if anyone even breathes on him, he’s gonna lose his damn mind.

Honestly, you're better off not asking where I've been when I roll in late from the animal shelter... 🙂

You guys are out of your minds. This kind of melancholy is actually beautiful. It’s pure bliss. It’s true love. Honestly, go listen to some Foo Fighters instead. Argh.😠 😠

Harold Wright54 said:it is the sweet suffering of realization.

Remove the word sweet and instead follow realization by specifying what kind of realization it actually is.

I will—quite seriously—consider whether you truly deserve this win. 😠

I am certainly not foolish enough to pick a fight with the coolest guy in the room—where would that leave me? 🙂

It is finally time for me to go full Harry Potter. 😍

edit: there is even a bit of that in the sixth installment—hehe. Perhaps we could have a tiny skirmish then. Just one round, purely for points—and I promise nothing will be aimed at the heart. Anywhere else is fair game 😁

Here’s a list of the funniest Wilco songs:

Casino Queen
Monday
Hoodoo Voodoo
Candyfloss...

Everything is breaking
And it lifts my heart

To see you as an angel
As some ghostly work of art

Dark Draze—is this really your idea of fun lyrics? :zbunj:

And honestly, comparing your photography to the work of Marc Crast—who is easily one of the finest CGI artists in the States, and someone who basically wins every award for pure sensibility—you're being a bit much. People have every right to call you out. 😍 😁

That was just a quick little joke, totally separate from those songs mentioned above. Jeff is easily the coolest...

But Bruce Springsteen is a god:

How? They managed to fix 3 out of my 4 cracked teeth. One was just hanging on by a thread.😢

...and just like that, the fighting stops—rivals find common ground and end up embracing with tears in their eyes. 🙂

The score doesn't matter—I'm picking up the tab for the drinks. 😬

@Carol Jackson45: they claimed it would keep peeling off constantly. Honestly—what can you do?

Bad Seed said:Back when I was seventeen, we were drinking wine straight from the bottle. One of my drunk friends accidentally knocked the bottle against my face. It hit my teeth hard enough to knock a chunk of my molar right out. Honestly, you can't even tell it happened anymore. 🙂

The same thing just happened to me, though probably a lot worse. The impact was so hard I actually flew backward onto the floor. Now, my upper left molar has shifted back a couple of millimeters and feels totally loose, and a chunk of my right molar is basically gone—like, a good eighth of the tooth is missing. On top of that, the trauma sliced up the inside of both my upper and lower lips, which are all swollen now, and my gums are killing me. It’s not life-threatening or anything, but man, I was genuinely shocked when I saw how much blood was in my mouth and felt my tooth wasn't where it was supposed to be. 😳

Hmm... 🤔

I’d lay it out like this:

Metallica
Killers
The Number of the Beast
Piece of Mind
Powerslave
Live After Death
Somewhere in Time
Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
No Prayer for the Dying

... and that pretty much covers the classic era. Everything after that is honestly kind of a letdown. Does that work for you? 🙂

Jojo in the stars, or whatever else they come up with. It’s fine, I guess. A bit dark, though, if you ask me.

hollowseal33 said:It wasn't actually that bad, though I have to admit I was pretty shaken up when I saw how bloody his mouth looked and could feel with my tongue that his lip was basically torn apart and he was missing part of his tooth 😳

I honestly thought half his teeth had been knocked out 🙂 but even under those lights, it didn't end up looking quite as gruesome as I expected...
