Hmm... hospitals. 😍 (Am I really the only one who actually loves being in a hospital? It honestly feels like home to me every single time. 😬)

My top 4 from this morning:
1. The exterior of Mercy Hospital (green, green, green—green is the color of love!)
2. Inside Mercy Hospital (everyone moves with such purpose, just like they’re on the bridge of the Enterprise. They have wings, but obviously, I ended up in the wrong one.)
3. That legendary Room 3 😍 (you know the one, at the far end of the ward, the door with no handle on the outside that says "Do Not Knock" and produces doctors at thirty miles per hour.)
4. My doctor-savior, who was birthed by Room 3 (haha, he called me "kid" even though I’m like ten inches taller than him 😍 and he bit my tooth right out of my head.)

My grandmother passed away at a local hospital because of some totally incompetent doctors 😢

To me, that particular shade of green has always looked a bit too much like the color of gangrene, though I suppose that’s just a side effect of the setting.

My grandfather ended up losing both legs because of some doctors' incompetence. It’s a total tragedy, and the irony is probably that he was a doctor himself. 😢

While I was pushing his wheelchair, he told me, "P., if it wasn't for those doctors, I wouldn't even be alive. I'm just a man, even if I am a doctor."

Maybe that's why I'll never think poorly of doctors, especially the ones working in hospitals. Or maybe it's because I've seen them do so many incredible things, suffering way more than they ever get paid for.

Thanks to the quick thinking of some fourth doctor, my little nephew is now healthy and doing great. 🙂

And once the prosthetics arrive, everything will be more or less fine in a few days. 🙂

If you actually saw or heard some of the nonsense this doctor in charge of my grandma's care has been pulling—his statements alone—nothing could save him from being permanently blacklisted in my book.🙂

And honestly, what really gets under my skin is when I bring an X-ray into the clinic and they ALWAYS hold it upside down.😵 Then they go, "Aha! I see you had a hairline fracture in your right collarbone!" (some dog actually bit me). And I have to sit there and repeatedly tell them, "No, it was the left one."🙄

But hey, at least now I can move my shoulder bones around just fine.😍

We haven't even reached the porcelain stage yet. It's much more urgent that we get the neighbor back to where he belongs. 🙂

As far as I'm concerned, I couldn't care less about any of them, especially those people working in the ER.

ahaha, too real 🤣
I show up with an X-ray of my pathetic right thumb from jumping into a pool, and this guy starts wrapping my left ankle. I tell him it's not the ankle, and he just goes, "shush, I know what I'm doing." Fantastic.

After that, I just hopped on the first bus to Cleveland and headed straight for an orthopedic clinic in Bar Harbor.

Here’s a quick rundown of the supposedly "nutritious" or organic snacks I’m planning to inhale over the next half hour:

1. A couple of pieces of artisanal smoked bacon from a local farmstead back in Vermont
2. Some black tea
3. Honey
4. Lemon
5. Those absolutely dreadful "avant-garde" cigarettes

The main thing is that the neighbor is alive. Hopefully, that dog didn't leave him in a coma. You should probably check on that... make sure things aren't rotting inside.😈 🙂
I once fell off my dresser onto the edge of the bed and cracked a tooth. My dentist just patched it up instead of fixing it right. A few years later, I was eating some almond brittle and that little fragment finally broke loose. Luckily, the tooth was already dead, and there was a massive abscess from the nerve inside.
I guess my American teeth just weren't built for this climate...

My top 3 meal picks before I clock out today:

1. A Mountain Dew that expired yesterday—nothing like a little extra flavor, right?
2. Enough throat lozenges to numb my entire existence.
3. Ice-cold water from a "high-tech" office dispenser.

So, let me guess—the doctor actually helped you out? 🙂

I'm done defending doctors. Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion :hippie:, and I don't want to get dragged into those arguments because I'm way too biased. Some of the mistakes they make are absolutely unforgivable. Still, I think people forget too often when a doctor actually helps them. That kind of care can be priceless.

I'm done playing defense for doctors. Everyone’s entitled to their own take ✌️. I won't get dragged into these debates because I'm way too biased, and honestly, the screw-ups they pull can be unforgivable. Still, I think people forget how much it matters when someone actually does their job right—that kind of help is priceless.

Half my crew from Miami went into med school, so I've heard enough stories to know exactly what's going on. I totally get where people are coming from. That doesn't mean I won't lose it on the hacks who have no clue what they're doing. Luckily, I'm picky about my doctors, and the ones I've chosen are great. But sometimes you don't get a choice. If some guy in an ER sets a bone wrong, he's doing more harm than good. And I don't forgive that shit.
