My favorite Cosmo article was "69 Things That Are Better Than Sex." One of those entries was making eye contact with Tom Cruise in a bookstore. I'm losing it...

The one thing that really stuck with me was: "I feel like a lonely cowboy riding into town leading my troops." 😁 🙄 Not quite on par with what Newt Gingrich was pulling yesterday, but still pretty funny.

What's Newt Gingrich's deal, though? Honestly, I'm just ready for a new sig😁

Look, women clearly have a thing for dark-haired Canadian guys wearing glasses. Seriously, just head over to Facebook after work and take a casual stroll through town. Grab a book about wine—maybe one of those signed copies from a local author—wander around, and just "accidentally" bump into someone. Cosmo isn't lying, damn it.

Grab a book about wine—you know, that signed one by Butković—and just wander around. Maybe act like you're accidentally stumbling into the crowd.

🤣

Just make sure you don't accidentally wear a band T-shirt. 😁

Chuckie Egg 👍
I’d throw in Sabre Wulf, Commando (it wasn't nearly as good on the Commodore, but still a blast), Pyjamara, Kokotony Wilf, Light Force, Renegade, and the absolute GOAT—Horace Goes Skiing.

Good grief, I need to go find where to download these. I’ve actually still got my old Spectrum sitting around somewhere.😁

Let me introduce myself, Tovariš Gaj Julije Dmjris MDCCCLXXVIII: 😁

Sex in Congress

Since there aren't any actually important topics to talk about, American politicians have been obsessing over the results of a Durex study regarding sexual habits. Even that first guy Kirin was bragging about being above average.

Most of our congressional representatives and ministers agreed that Ingrid Antičević-Marinović was rightfully named the most desirable politician in the Durex survey. Yesterday, they were out in the halls of Congress spilling their secrets to reporters, and a few rare souls even admitted they're below average.

Among them, guys like Pero Kovačević and the fellow Andrija Hebrang mentioned that people in their age group are having sex two or three times a week—which is just overkill, according to The Evening News. A former health minister interpreted the fact that Americans are one of the most sexually active nations in the world as a direct result of successful pro-natalist policies from the GOP.

Then you've got the politicians who claim to be above average, including Interior Secretary Ivica Kirin, who wasn't shy about boasting. "We Americans have always been a high-potential people. We live naturally, eat healthy food, and, my God, the results show. I belong to the younger generation, so maybe I'm not the most objective, but if you're asking me, I can tell you I'm above average," Kirin told reporters at The Evening News.

Also claiming to be above average is the self-proclaimed king of meat distributors, Stjepan Fiolić, who agrees with the consensus on the most desirable female politician.

On the other hand, some folks, like Dragutin Lesar, think the results could have been better and insist that Americans aren't being boastful at all.

The most desirable American politician wouldn't comment on the poll results, simply stating she wasn't surprised by her selection—though it did cause some awkwardness in Congress yesterday. During a debate about arming police officers with rifles, someone made a crack about her having nothing against long barrels, which sent the mostly male representatives into fits of laughter.

If this isn't Hebrang's Shit of the Year, then there's no justice left in this world...

On the contrary, Missy! You’ve gotta ditch that whole "oh-so-cool-bohemian-chic" vibe. It’s either that, or the "Dolce Vita-I’m-majoring-in-lit-and-feeling-beatnik" look. There’s a third option: "Lacoste-Fred-Perry-I’m-loaded-and-own-everything."

Let him wear the band shirt. Just maybe not to a Xiu Xiu show.

coastalpanther11 said:On the contrary, Missy! You really need to commit to that whole "effortlessly bohemian" look. Either go all in on that, or pivot to the "Dolce Vita literature major beatnik" vibe. If neither of those sticks, the only other option is the "Lacoste-Fred-Perry, I’m loaded and own everything" aesthetic.

I mean, I'll let him wear a band tee. Just... maybe not a Xiu Xiu one.

Fred Perry’s kid is honestly his best bet here... The guy has an apartment right in the middle of downtown, so he can basically just stroll over to the main strip whenever he feels like it. He’s pulling in good money too, which is huge. He’s laid back, doesn't go around causing trouble, and he’s actually got some brains—he’s a designer and a literature grad. Only thing is... Word on the street is that he's Canadian.

Look, you’ve got a golden opportunity right now—the big book fair! Go down there and tackle someone like a maniac. And while you're at it, maybe pay Kevin Chavez3 back so he can actually afford some decent burgers instead of struggling.

@Alex Rogers91/">@@Alex Rogers91: Yeah, it doesn't hit hard, it's just that the bodywork isn't pristine anymore. It probably needs a little valve work too. Everything else is fine. Americans are getting pricey, btw.

If you're actually looking to get hit on by some creeps, just wander around there for a bit and I guarantee you'll run right into Jaran and/or Dinsdejl. Honestly, both of them are the absolute textbook definition of guys who target women... 😁

Anyway, when are we actually heading out there tomorrow? I know I've been ghosting the chat, but sending SMS messages costs money, and trying to open a private message window eats up way too much processing power (damn this ancient relic I'm stuck working on 🙄).
