hollowseal33 said:Yeah, I’d probably go for walnut liqueur with milk every once in a while 😍 (though why on earth can't you find that on any menu in Seattle when you're out at a cafe??)

How exactly does one prepare that? Do you just pour a splash of milk into the liqueur? My grandmother used to make something similar, and honestly, I might end up buying a few bottles if I ever get the recipe right.😁

Oh yeah, those milk blends can actually hit the spot. I tried a pear milkshake once. You just keep sipping and sipping until you're absolutely floored by how sweet and creamy it is. Before you know it, you feel like you’ve been drinking neon-colored vodka! 😬

That isn't even a real spirit. Real liquor doesn't sit at twenty-eight percent alcohol...

It reminds meβ€”here’s my all-time top pick for a successful hookup attempt:

1. "Hey babe, you down for something quick?" (followed by a subtle hint toward the groin) (c) the stunning views in San Francisco

Any beer with less than 35% ABV should be legally banned as a drink that leads to declining masculinity πŸ™‚ 😬

So, a little brandy is fine😁

just so I can sober up a bit
as for non-alcoholic options, there isn't really a specific order
- coffee - black
- cocoa
- Tropicana apple, grape, and pomegranate juice
- various teas
- strawberry juice (that's my only option while I'm dealing with this flu)
- Lipton green tea

Yeah, but I mean using actual walnut liqueur (the thick stuff), not just cheap brandy. 😁 It tastes amazing, honestly, almost like chocolate milk. 😍 You have to drink a ton of it to actually feel anything, but it's delicious.

Fair point, my bad. I usually just stick to straight bourbon... is that what you were getting at? 😁

Oh, and I love Cointreau too, but it's a bit pricey and it's not really cocktail season out here. It's about 45-50% alcohol. Hm, maybe I'll grab a bottle for the house. πŸ€”

Man, remember how much of that Ana used to carry in those huge containers... 🀣

hollowseal33 said:Right, but I'm talking about the heavy syrup, not the brandy itself 😁 ... that stuff is incredible, almost like drinking chocolate milk 😍, though I suppose you'd need to drink a gallon just to feel a buzz, but the flavor is there.

Fine, my mistake. From now on, I’ll just stick to straight bourbon... is that what you were getting at? 😁

Yes, exactlyβ€”thick, dark, like a grizzly bear's coat.😁

Look, me, 😍

just for the aesthetic, toss in a few coffee beans to float on top, pour it into shot glasses, and go for it.😁 😁 And whatever you do, don't serve it to guys trying too hard to prove their masculinity, because honestly? It tastes just like chocolate milk.

And... did it work?? 😁

One of the funniest attempts I ever dealt with: I was just sitting on a bench when this guy comes sprinting over, practically slams himself down next to meβ€”nearly spilling my beerβ€”grins like an idiot, and goes, "Hey there!" I asked him what on earth he was doing. He looks at me and goes, "Just making my move!"

🀣

It didn't exactly land, but man, it was hilarious πŸ™‚

The crew needs to pick up some walnut liqueur. We should check with that spot in Southern California... I think they might have it in stock. πŸ€”

That store-bought walnut liqueur is absolute garbage.

My top pick for a beer and spirit combo you can hide under the table:

1. Kilkenny + Glenfiddich

The only catch? You’re going to need at least $167 πŸ™‚
to handle that much liquid.

My grandmother makes an incredible batch, and I believe she has some fig liqueur as well. I fully intend to raid her pantry the next time I head back home.😁

@ stormywolf39 Of course it’s better, but I don't have anything to compare it to. Even the store-bought stuff works fine for me. πŸ™‚

The absolute best pancake toppings

1. Apricot jam with a heavy dusting of powdered sugar
2. White chocolate spreadβ€”the sugar-free kind
3. Chocolate syrup topped with whipped cream

The absolute best pancake toppings:

1. Apricot preserves topped with powdered sugar.
2. White chocolate spread (low sugar version).
3. Chocolate syrup with whipped cream on top.

And what about maple syrup?
