Yeah, he’s got a sharp mustache—plus, the whole vibe of him just peering out from the house is pretty funny 🙂

😁 You actually tried it? Honestly, it’s not that bad. Could be fun.😉

Kids... they're something else. There was this one kid who crawled into some bushes to avoid getting pruned, and these old guys spent half an hour crawling around the shrubbery after him. One of them even got snagged on some thorns. Eventually, they managed to convince him he wouldn't get cut, and once the little guy finally crawled out, they just headed home. 😁 😁 😁

Kids are the best.

It’s actually pretty great, isn't it? 👍
Pizza Hut, right?
We managed to miss our turn by a few miles the first time around, but luckily the folks at the gas station knew exactly where we were trying to get. We ended up eating like kings, and honestly, it was fantastic. Some people just really know what they're doing.
Just sending some love from the old crew.

Here are my top 5 grievances every Monday morning, listed in order:

- Getting out of bed--honestly, a struggle
- Gloomy, gray weather
- That suffocating rush hour and the unpleasant smells on the subway

Hey, next time you swing by my place or if we actually end up catching a game, burn me one copy of Football Manager if you don't mind. I'd really appreciate it, and I'll make it worth your while...🙂

2. The Rose Burger

Wait, wouldn't the Rose Burger actually be a smashburger topped with cream cheese and crushed hot peppers? That would probably make it way better than just a standard cream cheese burger!

No. The Ruža is thicker, stuffed with peppers and a bit of cheese. It's not a burger because there's a hole right in the middle, so it looks more like an American donut. There's actually a dollop of sour cream sitting right in that center hole.😁

3. That damn Football Manager.

Ugh, I know exactly how brutal that is.
I’m a recovering addict myself—not FM, but CM4, which is basically the same thing. It hit me when my career and social life were absolutely cratering because I was pulling 8-hour sessions every single day for months on end.
I finally just deleted the game (with shaking hands and nearly in tears), handed the disc over to a buddy, and gave everyone strict orders never to let it touch my hands again.
It was a dark time.

Top 6 eats at the Customs office food court or MZ

1. Cheeseburger with extra cheese
2. American Rose
3. Sliders
4. Stuffed pork chop
5. Fried dough bites
6. Kebabs

I'm with you on all of this

but

I was down in Birmingham about ten days ago and had this gourmet stuffed chop there.
It was massive, like four full servings compared to what you get at Customs.
Honestly, it blew everything I've ever eaten in Washington, D.C. out of the water.
Way, way better...
And don't even get me started on the Greek salad they served with it.
We gotta face facts—as much as Customs might beat out the other BBQ joints in D.C., it's still just a cheap imitation of the real deal.

True. But it's all we've got, so we have to appreciate it...
