The best breakfasts I can remember

1. When I was 14. Spent 14 days at a five-star hotel in Chicago. We spent an hour or two at breakfast every single morning. That summer, I started gaining weight and never looked back...

2. Last year. NYC. The morning after a massive bender. Head was pounding, stomach was a mess. Found this greasy spoon diner over in Brooklyn and just demolished potatoes, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, beans, and toast. The ultimate hangover cure...

3. A Saturday earlier this year. At home. Was reading the paper and didn't even realize how much I'd eaten—tons of toast and a whole jar of deli meat. Combined with some Nescafe, it’s honestly one of the best flavors out there...

My top 3 biggest letdowns

1. That 7-track album recorded at a studio in Nashville ended up being such a massive disappointment, even though it sounded great on paper.
2. ___________ <- any major tournament where Team USA got knocked out before they could even reach the quarterfinals.
3. The way those McDonald's sandwiches just fell apart after someone started waving their arms around like a frantic seagull. 😬

Ugh, I totally missed that! My internet connection is basically prehistoric—I’m stuck on this ancient dial-up setup where images take forever to load, so honestly, I don't even have the patience to sit there waiting for them to pop up... I just skip straight to reading the text. 😬
But hey, that's not even the point here, what really matters is the connection to Joy Division and the sheer genius of The Beatles
