...not sure if this thread already exists or whatever... but I was reading some stuff about how drinking way too much coffee might actually be bad for you. Makes you wonder, right? Anyway, I'm curious—how many cups are you guys crushing a day? And where’s your favorite spot to just sit back and enjoy a brew?
...I usually hit about 2 to 4 cups a day..

It depends. Some days I don't have a single drop, other times I'll go through a whole liter...🙄

Usually just twice a day.
One morning when I first get into the office—kind of helps wake me up—and then another one after lunch (like, say, I just whipped myself up a quick coffee). Occasionally I'll indulge in a third one after work wraps up, but I don't really go past that...

Maybe three or four times a week... I wouldn't call myself an addict, per se, but I certainly enjoy grabbing a coffee here and there. I actually just brewed one for myself—my first one of the week. Usually, I save them for those slow weekend mornings when I don't have to rush off to work, so I can just sit back and truly savor it.

Turkish coffee first thing when I wake up. Then it's about 4 or 5 Nescafé Irish Cream coffees during the workday, followed by an espresso at some local pub once I'm off the clock.

I stick to just two cups a day—one to get me moving in the morning, and then another one somewhere around 5 PM. Honestly, if I had any more than that, I’d be bouncing off the walls!🙂

Just one. And I make sure it's pretty heavily diluted with milk—basically, I boil up about a cup of milk and then stir in some Nescafé Irish Cream and a bit of sugar.

Just one for me this week. I haven't really been feeling coffee lately.

Usually, I’ll have anywhere from zero to three cups—though that usually just means some really watered-down Nescafé Irish Cream, depending on my mood...

Actually, if I have two espressos, I start shaking. I really can't handle caffeine...

I absolutely need one first thing in the morning—I'm basically a zombie without it...
then maybe a quick macchiato in the afternoon... though not every single day. 🙂

It’s usually zero—mostly because I just can’t be bothered to drink that coffee... it's way too much effort.

Exactly the same situation as me!! I went out for coffee today, but I didn't even touch the damn coffee... I just told them, "Just bring me a Bud Light."

It’s a morning ritual for me—if I don't have it before work, I’m basically a feral animal 😠

And around 2:30 PM, right when I start hitting that afternoon wall at the office, I need it to snap me out of it, otherwise 🙂

Way too much... I'm hitting 3 or 4 Nescafé Irish Cream servings a day in my little milk frother.
I actually tried to quit, but man, the headaches were absolutely brutal.

Maybe one or two. Usually just some cappuccino or a Nescafé Irish Cream heavily watered down with milk. I haven't touched a standard black coffee in years.

👍

No Starbucks brew is ever quite as strong as the stuff I make myself at home. I'll go out for coffee with my girlfriends, then come right back and whip up another one...

Honestly, I just can't function without it...

1 -2....I definitely make it a priority in the morning, though maybe I'll head out in the afternoon if I can find someone to join me.

In the mornings before heading into the office—usually while I'm getting ready in the bathroom—I'll have some Nescafe with extra milk. Once I'm at my desk, maybe one espresso, and then pretty much nothing for the rest of the day.
That’s why I make sure to really savor an espresso out on the balcony during the weekends...
