I should probably just hit up their site and complain since I’m registered there and am basically expecting some kind of payout 😁

First off, I have to admit I haven't had the best experience with that sportsbook. Sometimes their offerings just feel a bit thin. To be honest, their odds are pretty lackluster when you compare them to other major online books out there. In my opinion, the only reason they’ve become so prominent is because of their massive advertising presence in the US, which is something no other online bookmaker quite matches right now.

If you're still set on making a deposit with them, I’d suggest reaching out to their American customer support via their live chat. They aren't exactly known for being lightning-fast, but I believe they'll be able to point you in the right direction.

Personally, I’d highly recommend getting a vis Electron card instead; it just gives you much more flexibility.

So I went through my bank last week, $27, and they only hit me with a $0.03 fee... honestly, I'm not a huge fan of using cards—it just feels a bit off. I didn't even use that specific sportsbook, just a different one..

If you've got an account over at Bet-at-Home, you should've seen a $5 credit hit your CASINO balance. Just a heads up—that money is strictly for CASINO games; don't bother trying to use it on the sportsbook.

I spent some time playing yesterday and managed to turn that measly $5 into $45 😁—all thanks to sticking to small $0.50 or $1 bets on colors at the roulette table.

Then, naturally, greed kicked in. I started ramping up the stakes and—surprise, surprise—lost every single cent. 😁

Good luck to everyone else out there!

So I’ve got a quick question for you guys! I'm 20 years old and since I don't actually have my own Visa or Mastercard yet, I just used my parents' card to make a deposit, and honestly, I ended up making a decent chunk of change! When it came time to cash out, I picked the option to withdraw directly back to the Visa, and everything seemed totally fine on the site. They sent me a message asking to upload some ID, so I just sent over a photo of my driver's license. My big question is, do you think they’re actually going to send the winnings straight to my parents' Visa card?

It’s a bit of a messy situation. If your Bwin account is under your own name, they’re going to come knocking for a scan of your ID—could be a driver's license, passport, whatever—and most likely an official bank statement showing your name too. Probably both, honestly. Now, here’s the kicker: if the card you used belongs to your parents, then the bank statement is going to be in their names, not yours, which is where things could get dicey. Might pass without a hitch, might not. I’ve never actually been in this exact spot myself, but man, you really made things complicated for yourself.

Anyway, keep us posted on how it plays out. Fingers crossed for you. 🙂

So, I’ve run into a massive headache with my PayPal account, specifically when it comes to the verification process.

Basically, after they pulled that random little charge—around three bucks—from my account, I went ahead and checked my statement to see exactly what was going on. I found the amount, typed it right into PayPal, and... nothing. Just got hit with some error message saying the amount is wrong and telling me to wait 24 hours before I can even try again.

So now I’m sitting here, double-checking everything, and yeah, it clearly shows the transaction went through to PayPal in USD, but when I try to enter it again? Of course, it says it's incorrect. Again.😢

Anyway, any ideas? What am I supposed to do now?

Basically, after they took that small, random amount—under $3—from my account, I checked my balance to see exactly what the charge was. I went ahead and entered that exact amount into Payoneer, but I just got hit with an error message saying the amount is incorrect and that I need to double-check everything and try again in 24 hours.

Now, I've looked at it carefully, and my statement clearly shows that specific amount was deducted to Payoneer in USD, yet when I try to enter it again, of course, it tells me it's wrong.😢

So, any advice? What should I do now?

Well, looks like you're going to have to hang tight for a little while...

The same thing happened to me the very first time I tried this. I was using a Visa electron card through JP Morgan Chase. Initially, the amount showing up on my statement wasn't actually the precise figure they had grabbed; it was some other number that didn't quite match.
Naturally, I entered what the statement showed, which turned out to be incorrect. I ended up having to wait 24 hours (or maybe it was 48, I can't quite remember) before trying again. By the time I got back to it, the amount listed on my account had updated to the correct figure, and once I used that new number, everything went through perfectly.

I'm not entirely sure what else to suggest, though. Did you try entering the exact same number both times, or did the amount on your statement change at all halfway through?

Maybe try waiting it out for a few more days, and if the amount still hasn't updated, head down to your local JP Morgan Chase branch and ask them about it (though I’m a little worried they might be totally confused by what you're asking!). If that doesn't clear things up either, your best bet is probably to shoot an email over to Skrill and let them know you're having issues with verification because you can't confirm the exact total, then see what kind of response they give you.

Hey everyone.... here’s my first post :P

I signed up over at Bwin and deposited $33 online (doing a direct transfer from my account) and then the next day I headed down to the bank to deposit a decent chunk of cash too... followed all their instructions to a T

It’s been three days, almost four now, and still nothing in my account... I know they say to wait seven days, but I figured it would be faster since I used that reference number...

Getting a little nervous here...

To top it off, the teller at JP Morgan Chase gave me a hard time when she asked about the purpose of the deposit... I didn't really know what to say, so I just told her it was for online betting, and she basically shut me down saying that's illegal xD🤷

I'm already signed up, but nothing is showing up...

My guess is they send out an email with a promo code to most users, which you just enter in the "promo code" field and call it a day... though I'm honestly not sure if everyone actually qualifies for this specific bonus, or if there are certain hoops you have to jump through first—like making a minimum deposit or something similar...

So, I signed up at Bwin and deposited $33 online via a direct transfer... then the next day I actually went down to the local branch and deposited a significant amount of cash in person... followed their instructions to the letter, too...

It’s been three days—soon to be four—and there’s still absolutely nothing in my account... I know they claim it takes seven days, but I figured with that specific reference number, things should have moved along much faster by now...

I'm starting to get a little nervous...

To make matters worse, the teller at JP Morgan Chase gave me quite the look when she asked about the purpose of the transfer... I didn't really know how to phrase it, so I just said online gambling, and she basically shut me down by implying it was illegal xD 🤷

Don't sweat it... just have a little patience and the funds will show up in your account eventually...

By the way, if you're doing online betting, I'd suggest using a JP Morgan Chase Visa Electron card. There's a small monthly fee, but you can handle everything through online banking, and the money hits the sportsbook instantly. Basically, within seconds

That’s my recommendation too. I also have a foreign currency account with JP Morgan Chase, so if it works for me, it should work for anyone. 😁

I have a question about these cards...
I’ve got an American Express (that small green one) and a Maestro card from JP Morgan Chase for my payroll and everything else... Is there any way to get a higher limit with them? And if so, what kind of monthly or annual fees am I looking at?

The newspaper had a voucher with a bonus printed in it just yesterday.

You can use it right at the local sportsbook. I actually went ahead and used mine today—it was my very first time trying out DraftKings... It’s only a $5 voucher, so really, there's nothing to lose.

I’m talking about turning $24 into $30 in a day... just hitting two bets at 1.40 odds and boom... then do it again with another 1.40 and you've got your $30... if I hit that sequence 16 times, I'm looking at a cool $100,000 on my account

Nice math there 😉, I guess. I added my own $20 to that $5 deposit and ended up with $103 in my account today 😁 hit three parlays... one for the NBA last night, one this afternoon, and then a third one tonight 😁
