I'm not John, and the kid's name is actually Rocco... Back when that massive earthquake hit two years ago, everything just felt like it got shaken up, and honestly, St. Roch being the protector against diseases made the name stick naturally... Plus, he's basically the patron saint of all things seafood...

🤣

Look, it was just a joke. I grew up with this buddy of mine named John, and his old man was also John. Every single time you called him, his dad would pick up and go, "Which John are you looking for?"
I honestly never understood why people think it's a good idea to name their kid after themselves.

Btw, Rocco sounds totally tacky to me...

Seriously, Glava went and gave his kid a name straight out of the coast. 😁

My son is five now. God, I miss when he was two—he actually listened, stayed calm, and wasn't a complete handful. 🤦

The festivities for St. Roch are still going strong in a small town down in the Mediterranean 😁

It’s probably best that you used the earthquake as an excuse for that one... What are you going to say, that your wife picked the name while reminiscing about those summer days from back in the day? It shouldn't be an issue now; Rocco is actually a pretty great name.

Maybe the guy is just a total fraud at heart—he probably just grew up in an environment where he had to blend in just to survive... He spent this whole year masking everything, but then came that moment of truth when he held his son in the hospital, lifted him high, and declared, "Let's name him Rocco!"

You can't call yourself Rocco and then go demanding a Dinamo family membership card. That's like calling yourself Isaac and going out to get a Blood & Honour tattoo.

Hopefully Rocco finds the right path this time, unlike Auntie ☕

Maybe a guy lives over by St. Roch's perimeter. It's a decent neighborhood... pretty nice, actually.

Nancy Sanchez31 As if to say:
Let’s hope Rocco finally gets his act together and finds the right path, unlike what we saw with Jane. ☕

What’s the deal with Rocco?

Exactly! Honestly, that’s easily one of the top five saints in all of the Mediterranean. 🤣

I just can't wrap my head around the idea of someone from the coast being named something like Stefan or anything like that! Can you even picture it? It just feels totally off, doesn't it? 🤣

St. Roch, Drniš—back when I was doing my weekend service in the military, I wasn't even heading out to the big city; I was just driving from Knin over to Drniš, following Thompson. 🎉 Honestly, hanging out with stojka Vranković, dodging AK gunfire... maybe those moments left some kind of hidden mark on me when I was picking out my name. 🤣🤣

@pret I actually know two famous cases where the names line up perfectly between father and son... Honestly, even the grandpa, dad, and son/grandson all go by Mark.

And why couldn't a single rocket from Ukraine just fly in the opposite direction for once? Honestly—they've really pushed it too far lately with this constant daily shelling of civilian areas.

👍

Exactly. It doesn't even have to hit civilians; targeting a Russian base over there would be perfectly acceptable. It would be a way to finally see if Putin actually has any backbone. ☕

I’ve actually quit drinking entirely—just focusing on training, eating clean, and keeping things on track. But man, things got a little wild in town today. We went out for some wine, ran into one of those classic messy situations, sorted it all out, and headed off. It wasn't even late, either; it feels like just yesterday we were starting to hit the scene at this hour about 20 years ago. This is one of those outings where you head out in the afternoon, stay through the evening, but honestly? I feel the itch to head back into the city later for an afterparty. I can't deny it. We'll see how the night unfolds and what happens.

Here is a banger for Vejko since his last one was so good

Was the wine sour, or what? Did that drive you to it? 😁

With the new Deadpool 2 starting in twenty minutes, where else would you go? 🍿

Mariupol is Vukovar on steroids. Massive respect to the crew fighting for it. They’re surrounded, there’s no way out, just fighting until the very last man. I bet they're saving that final bullet or bomb for themselves.

The question of the day, unfortunately, is when the collapse will finally occur. Perhaps an evacuation by sea might be feasible, though most of these fighters would likely refuse such an option. They have been backed into a corner with no way out. There will be dead Russians scattered across the streets, at least something ☕
