Oh, he definitely does, if you ask him! Though he hasn't even taken it off since he heard it on Fun Music.

I find that particular section somewhat unclear; I really wish it would be articulated more precisely. 🤔
No offense intended, but if I were running the show as a moderator, I wouldn't even entertain requests that don't start with a clear explanation or an acknowledgment of why partiality occurred. Any hint of sarcasm or attempts to make excuses based on personal reasons would result in an immediate ignore from me. 🤷
It’s become a bit of a running joke on this forum by now, but I always find that these discussions tend to be incredibly one-sided.

Look, I promise my posts won't be nothing but copy-pastes, and I'm not just talking about a one-month window. I’ll stick to everything Casilda requires before the partial ban gets lifted. I used to ask for the whole thing to be scrapped (the full 12 months), but that didn't fly. Now I'm pushing to just have it down to a month.
Besides, I don't insult anyone on this forum, I don't troll, and I've never actually broken a partial ban (Nice can vouch for that)... I seriously follow all the rules

😁
I didn't know that. Look, Larry Walker24, maybe try the Variety sub or some other friendly forum. 🤷
You can stay here too. You've got plenty of supporters if we want to lighten the mood a bit. 😁

I honestly have no clue why he was even put on probation in the first place, but if he actually ends up listening to Dora, then we’ve already seen enough punishment.😁 He needs that restriction lifted because if he spends all his time obsessing over Dora and Eurovision, he’s going to have zero energy left for Gastronomy.😍
+1, it would be only fair.👍

Before we get ahead of ourselves. Niceconquistadorica
It serves as both a good and a bad example of exactly what Jeremy Johnson18 wrote immediately.
I suspect that big A would have been an excellent choice for this position. He possesses the necessary precision to cut through the noise, and frankly, you wouldn't be facing any dilemmas with the moderators. If anything, he’d simply become the designated scapegoat whenever someone decided to issue a condemnation.

I have never written anything on a mobile device before... but honestly, why should that change the fundamental nature of the discourse? I find myself being routinely banned simply for stating the truth, yet when insults are hurled directly at me, the moderators remain conspicuously silent. I occasionally let things slide, only to eventually step in and settle the matter myself, but it always feels like a struggle against mediocrity. My bite is real, or perhaps I am merely mistaken.
If you truly believe otherwise, then I suppose we have nothing further to discuss.
How interesting... I suppose I’ll only offer my response to you after your third little insinuation. It seems cheese was the only thing that could save you. Cuka Lancelot has been exonerated. 🙂
And that brings us to the most vital point of all. The issue isn't actually the rules themselves; it’s the moderator. It is their responsibility to uphold the established guidelines, yet they constantly choose to hide behind them as an excuse for their own inconsistencies.
It feels somewhat bizarre, doesn't it? Doesn't it strike you as a bit strange?
I don't bother reading between the lines; that’s a pastime for amateurs. I prefer to analyze the actual words chosen, their specific arrangement, and the subtle weight of their accentuation. It isn't strictly paraverbal communication, but it certainly comes close.
It is a deeply unsettling experience when one's own words are eventually turned back against them.
Doesn't it strike you that things are just fundamentally designed this way?
I am reading until my eyes ache. 😉
The issue isn't that you were thinking; it’s that your reasoning was fundamentally flawed. I have no intention of engaging in whatever wordplay you're attempting to hide between the lines. (There is a missing line here.)
I am being entirely serious here, though I suppose one could argue otherwise. One should aim for the absolute pinnacle of excellence; dip the tip of the arrow in honey. Something akin to a major undertaking. A
And even then, soon enough, I won't have lasted long enough.
If you see things that clearly, then I really have to wonder why I was banned under your direct supervision. 😁 It is a relentless descent from one absurdity to the next, punctuated by a constant stream of insults. I find myself perpetually attempting to instruct them on matters they have failed to grasp over years of self-important posturing—despite their unwavering conviction in their own supposed brilliance. It is quite a spectacle, isn't it? I am presented with this concentrated essence of ignorance, only for them to turn around and start banning the few people actually making sense.
It wasn't exactly an insult, mind you; your offer was quite generous in its own right. However, there simply isn't enough intellect present here to bridge the gap between that offer and the actual result.

Jerry Robinson56, you aren't exactly providing much of a serious conversation here. I can't stand it when people insist I meant something I didn't, particularly when they take my words and twist them into something entirely different despite there being absolutely no subtext to support it.
Over and out.

Why don't you go ahead and make that promise at the next Gastro convention? 😁
We'll all be absolutely thrilled to sit through your three meaningful contributions per year. 😍

Maria Barnes doesn't love it when I get too blunt, especially if what I'm saying isn't exactly what she wants to hear, and I'm clearly not great at sugarcoating things or making them sound pretty. 😁

Look, saying someone "isn't a fool" is actually quite a high compliment—it’s a classic trope from a joke, and I suspect Nice will come to my defense regarding that... 🕺 it's an unexpectedly sharp bit of wit. I could easily write much more than this. After all, who else would volunteer their labor for free, even for the sake of glory? 🙂
But truly, judging by your temperament, you possess the qualities of an excellent arbiter; people would surely find enjoyment in the dry humor of your rulings...
However, as Madam Casey Bennett would say... "Villa," you are mistaken...
And she is indeed correct, though the issue remains that I am not Villa. 😉 It is entirely futile. It is a case of a judge being sued by his own court...

Your idea actually isn't half bad. To be fair, people have suggested it a few times before, but for some reason, it never gained any traction.
If I remember correctly, the Spokesperson was supposed to be someone acting as a mediator—someone to address these complaints and bridge the gap between the users and the moderators. Ideally, they'd actually look out for the users for once, just for a change of pace.
In the end, Maria Barnes just used the Spokesperson idea to troll a bit; she was like a little kid who gets a new toy and loses interest five minutes later.
He keeps insisting that things need to change, but honestly, he doesn't even like the idea because then everything wouldn't be run exactly his way anymore.

Look, let's just clear one thing up—those PDF bans on my account where I requested them myself:
a) They were slapped on because I called out the mods, and honestly, the moderation here is a total disaster.
b) Those PDFs don't mean anything to me (they're totally non-essential).
c) I barely even remember I have them (those damn PDFs).

To you, these split-ups are like Pokémon. For some reason, you just have to catch 'em all!
