When it comes to pure grit and taking on the government machine—plus dealing with their own hired muscle—we’re easily at the top tier of the global fan scene. I know, sounds cocky, but it’s the truth. Who can really blame those Red Star or Partizan fans? They’ve got clubs that are basically joke setups, funded by actual drug cartels. Thank God they were never our role models. And honestly, if we started talking about their little "tours" through Chicago back in the '80s, we’d be here all night—but hey, wrong time, wrong place. They’ve spent the last fifteen years of the internet era making plenty of noise online, so there’s no point digging up the past. So, what’s your counter-argument to Jesse Campbell’s claim? If we aren't one of the best stories in the universe, then what are we? It’s hard to play humble when you see the kind of sacrifices some people make for their club and their crew. Meanwhile, those losers from the North side are basically just counting down the minutes until they vanish—either by choice or because the "North issue" finally gets settled once and for all.🙂

In case you missed this:
"If you want to volunteer for the Go Team initiative, reach out to us at zanasdinamo@gmail.com. Thanks, everyone!"
They’ll probably just send back a form, but since their inbox is likely getting slammed, just include your full name, address, and cell number right away. (That's what they'll ask for eventually.)

If you're based in Chicago, check in immediately to see how many people from your neighborhood have stepped up. We don't need twenty people in one block all collecting signatures while others get left out—though, honestly, I suppose more hands are better than none if someone slips through the cracks.

Everything about the petition is right here. Hit up Fifth Avenue and get it done ASAP!!!

GO TEAM!

Starting this Saturday, May 24th, the official fan signature drive for Los Angeles FC kicked off. It's organized by former Lakers players under the "Go Team" initiative. We’ve been fighting for a "one member, one vote" system at the club for four long years now.

Switching to a membership model isn't just an option—it's the only way to fix this club and actually give it back to the fans. For most of recent history, people have treated our club like a personal piggy bank or a political tool. The only way to stop that is to let the actual members—the true owners—vote on the leadership. We need to stop letting special interest groups hold the club hostage.

We're calling on all fans and supporters to step up and help the fight, even if it's just by signing this petition. You can sign it right now at the Foot Locker at 37 Fifth Avenue. Soon, we'll be rolling out signature locations in major cities across the US and even abroad. If you want to help collect signatures yourself, grab some forms at 37 Fifth Avenue any weekday between 10 AM and 8 PM.

WE WANT ELECTIONS — YOU WON'T TAKE OUR CLUB!

I guess I still remember those fake jerseys, they were like my absolute favorite thing ever when I was just a little kid. 😁

I’m assuming a minor’s signature doesn't actually hold any legal weight here?

Speaking of which—I completely blanked on asking the guys at the coffee shop in San Diego today—is an online petition actually considered equal to one done via a physical signature pad? It’s important for me to know since I’ll be out collecting signatures... I want to be able to tell people ahead of time if they should just wait and sign by hand.
I mean, obviously, they won't count double votes, but I just need to know for the sake of the principle...

It doesn't carry any more weight than the other; it's all the same. Paper is just for my folks back home—grandmas, aunts, and that whole crowd who can't navigate the internet...

Each of us needs to handle a few sheets of paper—post them across every forum, Facebook, and media outlet we can find. We've already gotten some coverage from the news sites, so if we truly give it our all, we could pull together quite a significant number...

They’ve got a handful of issues they’re just trying to patch together as they go. Honestly, some of this should have been anticipated... but clearly, it wasn't.

For our folks living abroad, they can use a Social Security number or a driver's license instead of an SSN, and apparently, they're planning to add that option to the online petition too... if they get their act together.

Yeah, regarding that specific column mentioned in the petition, here is how it works:

You just need to enter your date of birth plus one of the following: a) Social Security Number, b) Driver's License number, or c) State ID number.

I mean, I signed my name on the dotted line and all, but honestly? I’m still sitting here scratching my head wondering what we actually get out of this whole mess.

This is just a textbook example of defeatist thinking. If we followed that logic, we should have just thrown in the towel back in 2012.
It’s going to be beneficial regardless, if only because they won't be able to claim some lone idiot is behind this anymore when tens of thousands of people are standing right there with us.

It is far better to take action than to sit around whining and doing absolutely nothing.

And honestly? It’s gonna be worth it—once people realize there isn't just some single idiot pulling the strings, but actually tens of thousands of regular folks standing behind this movement.

Better to push forward than just sit around whining and doing absolutely nothing.

I feel like the Leader always finds some excuse to deflect. I'm not even part of this group, but man, I'm rooting for you guys in this fight.

Ten thousand! Now we’re really talking... this is the golden opportunity right here—just dig through your phone and find that number from some gorgeous girl your current partner hates because she's still stuck on you, then just hand her a little note! Honestly, every single BBB fan has a moral obligation over the next week to track down every tedious auntie they avoid outside of those mandatory once-a-year family reunions... or every casual acquaintance you only ever give a half-hearted nod to... or anyone else who makes your skin crawl. Go on then. Just do it.

The municipal court in Eau Claire
is where I stopped following this. I mean, seriously? Can a local municipal court in San Diego really step in and order UEFA to hand over 100 million euros to Hajduk? It just doesn't make any sense.
