I have a quick question regarding my betting slip.

I have a matchup listed between Brest and PSG that was scheduled for yesterday (Sunday) at 2:15 PM.
The game was postponed due to heavy rain and poor pitch conditions, and it won't be played today either...
I’m wondering if this counts as a win/loss based on the original odds, or if there is a specific waiting period required before the bet settles?

Richard Rogers38 said:So, I have a quick question here.

On my parlay, I have the match between the Seattle Sounders and PSG. It was supposed to kick off yesterday (Sunday) at 2:15 PM.
The game got postponed because the pitch was a mess and it was pouring rain, so it won't be played today either...
I want to know if that counts as a push (odds of 1.00) right now, or do I have to wait a certain amount of time?

If they don't play it today, it’ll be a push.

So, I’ve got a question for you guys.

So, I had this Brest vs. PSG game sitting right there on my parlay—the one that was supposed to kick off yesterday afternoon around 2:15—and now everything's just... well, you know how it goes.
The game’s been pushed back again—the pitch is basically a swamp thanks to the rain, so there's no way they're playing today either...
I was wondering—is this something that kicks in right away at the first course, or am I going to be sitting around waiting for some specific amount of time to pass before anything actually happens?

Ethan Jones5 said:If they don't actually take the field today, we're looking at a straight walk to 1...

Look, I already touched on this earlier today—man, what a headache.

Eric Fox7 said:It’s pretty wild how PSK already marked that Brest vs. PSG game as settled with a 1.0 odds—basically calling it a done deal—while over at SS, the match is still very much live and on the board. Since they aren't even scheduled to kick off until tomorrow, you have to wonder what's going on behind the scenes there.

So, look—if you placed your bets on the Super Bowl, they’re going to sit on them until tomorrow's game actually kicks off. But if you went through something like DraftKings or FanDuel, they've already gone ahead and settled those at 1.0 odds.

Eric Fox7 said:Basically, if you placed your bet through FanDuel, they’ll wait for tomorrow's game. But if you used DraftKings or BetMGM, they've already locked in the odds at 1.

Thanks for the clarification.
I went through FanDuel, so naturally, they're holding off until tomorrow's matchup. I didn't expect anything different ☕

All hands on deck for the Manchester match tomorrow.😁

20:45 Sunderland vs. Manchester United 2 @1.75 (2-1)

Following that absolute disaster against Swansea in the FA Cup—the first time they’ve been knocked out this early in the tournament—I am certain today is strictly about a Manchester victory. Anything less and Moyes might as well start packing his bags. There is zero question regarding their quality; I expect them to play with 110% intensity tonight just to prove that recent slump was nothing more than a fluke.

I don't know, I just don't trust them—they’ve been pretty lackluster this season, to be honest. And look, Moyes just doesn't seem to have the right toolkit when he's forced into a position where he has to go out there and win every single match. Plus, you've got the whole second-leg dynamic to factor in.

Zenit(2,5)-Turkey Over @1.65 (1-3)

First off, even though only one out of the four memorial matches involving these squads has hit the over so far, I’m taking this because it’s essentially a winner-takes-all scenario for progression. Zenit is playing at home, so they’ll definitely have the crowd behind them. In the opening round, they absolutely dismantled Latvia 4-0—and interestingly, Latvia later pulled an upset by beating Turkey 1-0 late in the game. In the second round, Zenit played to a 0-0 draw against Ukraine. Meanwhile, Turkey has been struggling to find the back of the net; they only managed one goal against Ukraine, and as I mentioned, they dropped one to Latvia. Looking at the standings, Zenit sits in first with 4 points, while Turkey is in second with 3 (though Ukraine and Latvia still have games left). The top team moves straight through, while whoever finishes second ends up fighting just to scrape into those 5th through 8th spots. The oddsmakers have Turkey as slight favorites, which isn't crazy given that if they take an early lead, Zenit will be forced to chase the game. Either way, if we see just one goal in the first half, I'm feeling very good about the over hitting.

Welling-Dartford 1 @1.60 (1-1)
Dartford is in absolutely abysmal shape right now. They’re dropping games left and right, much like the Buffalo Bills during a bad season 🙂. Word on the street is that their financial stability has taken precedence over their league standing. They showed some initial promise at the start of the season, but since then, it’s been an absolute freefall. One has to wonder if they’re intentionally tanking just to shore up the balance sheets. While the home side sits about ten points clear of the relegation zone, there is still plenty of runway left in the season for things to go south.
What are your thoughts on this mess?

P.S. Something feels off about this one too... 2/1 @27 (x/x)

L.A. FC vs. LA Galaxy - Under 2.5 goals @ 1.70 (1-1)

Man, these home teams are absolute snooze fests when it comes to scoring. Seriously, looking at their last ten home games, only two actually broke the 2.5 goal mark. Just two! Right now, L.A. FC is sitting 17th, hovering just three measly points above the relegation zone—basically fighting for their lives to stay relevant. They’ve been drawing everything in sight too; we’re talking 11 draws out of 19 matches this season. On the other side, you've got Galaxy sitting pretty in second place, only four points behind the leaders. But here’s the thing: they aren't exactly high-flying goal machines lately. Their defense is tight enough that I don't see the home side breaking through, and their own offense hasn't been clinical enough to blow past that 2.5 line. Given how much these two struggle to find the back of the net, I'm expecting a total grind. A low-scoring, ugly battle is what this looks like to me.

Hull City - Chelsea 2 @1.60 (0-2)
I was anticipating a slightly more conservative line on this, but given the current odds, I find them worth taking. On paper, everything aligns in favor of Chelsea, though they are playing away from home—an issue that might be mitigated by the fact that Hull will feel an immense pressure to perform in front of their own supporters; one can only hope they don't resort to the kind of defensive "park the bus" tactics they usually employ when traveling. Historically, Chelsea holds the upper hand in this matchup. While they’ll be without Ivanovic and Lampard, their bench depth should more than compensate for those absences. Furthermore, I read reports that nine Hull players are currently battling a virus; while they will likely still take the pitch, such a widespread illness is bound to sap their energy. Having watched Hull recently, I found their style of play thoroughly uninspiring. Given that teams like Arsenal and Manchester City face much tougher tests this weekend, I believe a Chelsea victory could actually see them leapfrog into first place by tomorrow morning. 🙂

I intend to add a little extra insurance to this one Ajaccio - PSG 2 @1.25 (1-2)
I’ve been watching Ajaccio lately, and frankly, they look pathetic. In my estimation, they are easily the weakest side in the league. I am almost hoping for an upset just to see the chaos 🙂 They are dealing with several injuries today, and I struggle to see how they manage to produce anything meaningful. Whether it turns into a complete blowout or just a routine stroll for PSG doesn't particularly matter to me, as I'm only playing the moneyline here. Even then, 1.25 feels somewhat stingy considering the mismatch. Since Monaco stumbled yesterday—if you can even call that performance a stumble—a win for PSG today would allow them to pull ahead by a significant five-point margin. I haven't quite decided if I'll add the "over" to both Chelsea and PSG, but I would suggest looking at the goal line at @1.55; it’s a modest return, but I wouldn't be shocked if we see a hat trick out of this one 🙂

Hearts-Motherwell 2 @ 1,5 (0-1)

The visitors are sitting pretty with 40 points—and honestly, they're on a tear right now with five straight wins under their belt—so they’ve got a real shot at closing the gap on second-place Aberdeen. Meanwhile, the home team? Yeah, they're basically in the gutter. They're sitting at minus two points, drowning in debt, and frankly, they aren't even sweating the threat of relegation... they've got bigger fish to fry.

Gerald Carter53 said:I’m definitely adding Ajaccio - PSG 2 at 1.25 to my slip.

The thing is, that same Ajaccio squad has drawn their last three matches against PSG, so taking 1.25 on this? That’s absolute bottom-of-the-barrel stuff...

Cardiff - West Ham 1 at 2.0 (0-2)

West Ham has been a total sieve lately, giving up 11 goals over their last two games—including a humiliating five-goal blowout against a second-division side like Nottingham Forest.
Cardiff has a fresh manager in Solksjaer, while from what I can gather, West Ham is currently wandering around without a coach. The odds look tempting. Might be worth a shot.

Southport - Hyde 1 at 1.5 (1-1)

LAFC vs. LA Galaxy, over 2.5 goals at
Honestly, I don't even know if there's much point in overanalyzing this one. Both these squads are absolutely tearing it up in the league right now, and this matchup? It’s basically the deciding factor for who actually takes home the trophy at the end of the season. Because the stakes are this high, you know both sides aren't going to sit back and play defensive. We're looking at an all-out offensive shootout—a total feast for anyone watching. This bet is a lock.

Leyton O. - Carlisle 1 @1.65 (4-0)
Leyton's absolutely crushing it lately. They’re sitting right at the top of the table, and honestly? I don't see them slipping up here.

East Stirling - Peterhead 2 @1.65 (2-0)
The visitors are looking sharp, and you can't ignore that winning tradition they've built up over the years. Meanwhile, East Stirling has just completely fallen off...

casualangler4 said:Real Madrid vs. LA Galaxy—over 2.5 goals at @1.85
I really don't think there's much to debate here! Right now, both squads are absolutely dominating their league, and this head-to-head matchup is going to be a massive turning point for the title race moving forward. Because of that intensity, I’m expecting an all-out offensive showcase from both sides—a total treat for anyone watching—and a pretty easy win for the "over" here.

ah

Look, I'm not sure what kind of math you're using to justify this bet, but aside from the fact that they both play an aggressive style, they actually boast some incredibly solid defensive units too...

LA Galaxy have only conceded 12 goals in 18 league games, while Real Madrid has only let in 11... so, in my book,
this is basically a clash between the two best defenses in the league, making this game a complete "no bet" for me regardless of the odds.

LA Galaxy vs. LAFC: Both Teams to Score @ 1.60 (0-0)

I’m totally with you on this one—expecting both sides to find the net here makes perfect sense, if not more.
Sure, both teams have solid defenses, but they both live and die by an aggressive, attacking style. I’m picturing an open game with plenty of chances on both ends because neither of these clubs really knows how to sit back and play defensive ball.
I’m pretty sure we won't see anyone parking the bus or just trying to protect a clean sheet; honestly, that kind of cautious play is almost unthinkable in a matchup like this.
Because of that, this looks like a solid play to me. I'm feeling confident enough to put some money on it. 7/10
Good luck, everyone!
