Wolfsburg vs. Bayern Munich Over 6.5 goals (6.50) / other exact score (1.80) (1:6)

I’m expecting plenty of action here. Wolfsburg has been playing some high-scoring football lately and they're looking pretty sharp. The odds on the over (1.80) look decent, and honestly, I wouldn't be surprised by a random exact score outside the usual 0-0 or 1-2 stuff. Personally? My gut is leaning toward a 2-4 type of game.

Notts County vs. Leyton Orient 2 (1.85) (0:0)

The home side is in a total mess right now after a string of tough losses. On the flip side, Leyton is looking to keep their momentum going with a third straight win and climb back up to the top of the table.

Dunfermline vs. Stenhousemuir 1 (1.55) (0:0)

Between tradition and where they sit in the standings, the second-best team in the league—right behind the Rangers—should have more than enough firepower to handle these visitors. The away team has finally found their footing after a few frustrating draws, but can they hold out? Doubtful.

Arsenal vs. Everton | Moneyline: Arsenal 2.0 (Score Prediction: 4-1)
Yesterday, the odds on this were sitting at 1.75. Today, they tossed it into the bonus picks at 1.95, then had the nerve to bump it up another 0.5. Honestly, the FA Cup might be the only shot Arsenal has at actually lifting some silverware this season. I don’t see them going too crazy with the rotation either—maybe Fabianski or Vermalen get a look in, but that’s about it. Everton has been looking pretty decent this year, sure, but when you’re looking at Arsenal playing at home with 2.0 odds, and they aren't facing a heavy hitter like Chelsea, City, United, or Liverpool? They really shouldn't be dropping this one.

Elazigspor vs. Kasimpasa Over 2.5 goals @ 1.76 - (Parlay option Over 2.5 @ 1.95) (0:0)

Look, you’ve got two absolute offensive powerhouses stepping onto the pitch here—teams that basically live and breathe high-scoring games... it's almost a guarantee at this point.
I’m calling it now: today is going to be another shootout. We're looking at these super ambitious squads that can absolutely tear through an opponent's front line, but let's be real—their defensive setups are a total disaster waiting to happen.
The good news? Neither side is dealing with any major injury drama today, so we should see full strength in those attacking rotations:

ELAZIGSPOR: Ivesa, Tanju Kayhan, Vranjes, Pape Sow, Marvin Zeegelaar, Mehmet Nas, Fabio Bilica, Serdar Gurler, Onur (Serdar Ozkan) R.Tello and Deniz Yilmaz.

KASIMPASA: Isaksson, Yalcin Ayhan, Sancak Kaplan, Ryan Donk, Volkan Yaman, Ezequiel Oscar Scarione, Kerem Seras, Ryan Babel, Adem Buyuk, Andre Castro and Malki.

Just thinking out loud here—do you guys think Juve would hand Fiorentina three points in the league just to secure their passage into the Europa League quarterfinals? Is a deal like that even on the table between these two clubs...

Absolute nonsense—Juventus could take them down whenever they felt like it... especially in a two-legged Europa League matchup.

West Brom vs. Man United 2 @ 1.9 SS (0:3)

Sitting in seventh place, trailing the leaders—looking at you, Chelsea—by 18 points... yeah, that’s a total disaster. Honestly, the last time United looked this pathetic was that absolute blowout they took over in Greece. The fans are beyond pissed, just totally disillusioned at this point. There’s no deep tactical breakdown needed here—they just need to actually win games consistently for once. They grabbed a decent 2-0 away win against Palace recently, so I’m expecting a similar vibe today. Usually, if we were looking at United playing at home, the odds would be sitting around 1.4 to 1.6, so I think there's some serious value in taking them here.

The lineup facing West Brom: De Gea; Rafael, Jones, Smalling, Evra; Carrick, Fellaini; Mata, Rooney, Januzaj; van Persie.

Is there some weird reason why Basel is sitting at 1.6 today?
Looking at the standings and how they've been playing lately, that number feels way too high 🤷

Here’s a deep dive into one of my picks for today:

Wednesday, Champions League night:

Barcelona vs. Manchester City: Away team to score over 1.5 goals @ SS (2:1)

Barca’s form has absolutely cratered lately. You can see it in their loss against Valladolid today—and yeah, I got burned on that one too. Their defense, in particular, is a total mess right now; there's just pure chaos back there. In the first leg, Pellegrini tried to play it safe with a more defensive setup, and Barca punished him for it immediately, walking away with a 0:2 win. But for the return leg? City has nothing left to lose, so they’re going to have to push forward aggressively. I fully expect them to find the back of the net at least once. With the attacking firepower they have—especially with Aguero back in the lineup—there is no way they walk away from this two-legged tie without scoring. Sure, if you’re feeling gutsy, you could go for "both teams to score" or even "over 2.5 goals," but for me, this 1.5 line is plenty.

Chelsea vs. Tottenham halftime score: 1-0 (4-0 total)

I’m playing this if it stays 0-0 until the 70th or 75th minute. A few weeks back, Chelsea pulled off a similar win in stoppage time. They’re just too experienced for this; it's classic Mourinho-style management on the road to a title. It’s all grit and grind, but they'll find a way to grind out the win. I’m waiting as long as possible to place the bet—not just to lower the odds of a second goal, but to let that price climb. Right now, at the start of the second half, the odds are sitting around 3.70

EDIT: Never mind, scratch that. Eto'o scored in the 56th minute.

Over 2.5 goals - Yes, 2.10 (HL) (1:0)

Benitez is talking about today’s match like it’s the Super Bowl, whereas Garcia seems perfectly fine settling for a draw. Either way, we’ve got two heavy hitters on the pitch that have been absolutely tearing up the net all season. The Napoli squad looks a little more haggard since they're juggling league play with the Europa League, while Roma is putting all their eggs in the domestic championship basket. With Roma having a game in hand, they could pull six points ahead, which probably explains why Benitez is preaching such intense seriousness for this derby. I'm expecting a high-scoring affair. Good luck to anyone following along.

FC Porto ML by 1 goal @ 1.55 (+150 moneyline)

Look, if Porto wins by just a single goal tonight, I’m not even gonna be surprised—honestly, it’s probably the most realistic outcome we’re looking at. They desperately need a win after going four straight games without one—it’s been a total drought—so this matchup is actually perfect for them. Their opponent is basically stumbling through the season too, coming off four straight draws before getting absolutely smoked 3-0 at home by Academica last time out..

Borussia Dortmund vs. Freiburg (03/09 3:30 PM) f+2 @ 1.90 (0:1)

-Dortmund has climbed into second place, and even without considering this specific match, they hold a one-point cushion over teams like Schalke and Leverkusen. This is a prime opportunity for them to pull ahead by a four-point margin. Historically, Dortmund has handled these matchups quite well, often covering the spread against them. While they’ll be missing Reus and Lewandowski today, I don't see it being much of an issue given that Aubameyang is in fine form, having already netted 13 goals this season...

Los Angeles FC vs. Orlando City (03/09 3:00 PM) 1 @ 1.50 (1:3)

-LAFC has dropped two matches in a row now, and frankly, it feels like time for them to get back on track. Orlando should be a manageable opponent for them, and I suspect the coaching staff won't be content letting that third-place European qualification spot slip away easily; there's likely going to be a real scrap between teams like Seattle and LAFC for those positions...
Los Angeles FC vs. Orlando City (03/09 3:00 PM) f+2 @ 2.30-Looking at the last three head-to-head meetings, where LAFC covered the spread every single time, combined with the fact that Orlando was dismantled 4-0 by a lower-tier side last week, this should be a piece of cake for the boys from LA... 😁

Napoli vs. Roma (03/09 8:45 PM) Higuain to Score @ 2.30 -I find myself constantly backing the former Real Madrid star, and it's easy to see why; he's essentially having a career year, leading Napoli with 13 goals. I'm expecting a high-scoring affair, which is really what you want to see in a derby of this magnitude. Higuain has a knack for converting chances created by Callejon, Mertens, and Hamšík, a trend that has remained consistent across all competitions...☕

Seattle Sounders 1,25@SS (0:0)
Following yesterday’s stumble by the Galaxy, Seattle has a massive opportunity to secure a vital win against a struggling FC Tulsa side to stay firmly in the hunt for the top spot. The race at the summit is incredibly tight right now, making every single victory crucial—especially when you're facing a club sitting in the bottom half of the table. Seattle bolstered their roster during the winter window by bringing in Rondon from Houston Dynamo, who should serve as the perfect tactical weapon alongside Hulk to crack open those stubborn defensive bunkers that smaller teams love to set up against them. Since they've essentially been knocked out of Champions League contention, their entire focus has shifted to reclaiming domestic dominance. As for Tulsa, they’ll likely be fighting for survival, relying heavily on home turf to scrape together enough points to stay in the league.

Manchester City-Wigan 1,15@SS (1:2)
This one feels like a formality. The Cityzens are playing at home against a second-division underdog, and they desperately need a confidence booster before they head out to face Barcelona at the Camp Nou. They actually crossed paths earlier this year in another cup competition where City absolutely dismantled them 5-0. They have arguably the deepest squad in the world; even if Pep decides to rotate a few pieces, the talent gap is so wide it shouldn't affect the final score. I expect Aguero to get some much-needed minutes following his injury, likely leading the line alongside Negredo.

FC Porto-Arouca 1,20@SS (4:1)
Porto is currently navigating a bit of a rough patch—they had to cut ties with manager Fonseca—and in the midst of this slump, their arch-rivals Benfica has managed to pull ahead by a staggering 9 points. However, if history is any indication, we shouldn't count them out just yet; Benfica has a knack for choking, and the Porto players know exactly how to exploit that psychological weakness. Their mission now is to string together a series of wins, and today’s matchup against Arouca provides the perfect chance to shift the momentum back in their favor. They have a full-strength squad available, so a victory here seems almost inevitable.

Total Odds: 1,72.

Real Sociedad f2 @ 2.50 + Villarreal @ 2.20 = @ uk. 5.50 (2:3)

This is one of those classic matchups where Real Sociedad just dismantles someone—they can easily put 3 or 4 past an opponent. They’re dominant at home and rarely drop points—they’ve found their rhythm, especially after seeing how much Barcelona struggled recently. No one key is missing from the lineup, all their offensive weapons are ready to go, and they don't have any mid-week cup games or Champions League matches to worry about—there’s zero reason to rotate players when the next match isn't for another week. Teams like this—not total defensive bunkers that sit back for a 0-0, but not giants like Real Madrid or Atletico either—are the absolute perfect targets for Sociedad. They play open, and they’ll get carved up for three goals easy. 🙂 I’m looking at Griezmann to score, but he’s not in the current odds, so there’s a solid chance Velin finds the net too since I’m expecting at least three goals total.

Looking a little further ahead, too,

Basel - Salzburg ibn 2 @ 1.60(0:0)

Salzburg has been seriously impressive lately, whereas Basel just isn't what they were over the last couple of seasons—they’re dropping points more and more often. If Salzburg handled Ajax like it was nothing, I don't see them losing in Basel. Taking the Over might seem like the obvious move, but I learned my lesson with that Ajax game, so this time I’m sticking strictly to Salzburg. Even if they don't grab the win, I think they walk away with at least a draw for the second leg.

Slaven - Dinamo - 2 @ 1.40 (0:2)

Look, Dinamo dropped a 6-1 the other day, and honestly, it feels like history repeating itself here. I don't think Scoria is going to be some miracle worker for Slaven—these guys always show up as "saviors" only to resign a few months later after completely wrecking the club. 🤣 I expect they might tighten things up defensively a bit, but I'm still calling it 0-1 or 0-2 for Dinamo. 🤷

Hey everyone, I'm back after a long damn break! :P

FC Midtjylland vs Sonderjyske - Home Win @1.55 (Score 2:0)

First, let's look at who's sitting out today:

Midtjylland: DF Sviatchenko, MF Hassen, MF Andersson, and DF Afrije.

Sonderjyske: MF Madsen, MF Storm, MF Salami, and MF Sorensen.

On paper, this is an absolute no-brainer. You've got the top-tier squad facing off against the bottom-feeders. The home team is fired up, especially after seeing teams like Copenhagen and Aalborg pick up wins yesterday. They’re sitting pretty at the top with a two-point lead right now... if they pull this off, they jump ahead by five! 🙂
The visitors are dead last with only 19 points.

I'm also throwing this on for good measure:

Paris Saint-Germain - Bayer Leverkusen f+2 @ 2,1 (ss) (2:1)

There isn't much point in overanalyzing this matchup. At home this season, Paris Saint-Germain has been dominant across all competitions with a 14-5-1 record. Out of those 14 wins, 12 were by two goals or more.
I’m calling this because I expect Bayer Leverkusen to struggle in Paris just as they have at home. They lack the backbone and the sheer quality required to pull off a result in this tournament, let alone the grit needed to keep a respectable loss close. They've shown this pattern several times in the Champions League lately—just look at their matches against FC Barcelona, Manchester United, and now this one against Paris Saint-Germain.
Odds might drop in the coming days, so I moved quickly on this analysis. The same logic applies to my other picks.

If you want a safer play, here is TIP 1 @ 1,4 (ss)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Slaven Belupo - Dinamo Chicago f+2 @ 2,1 (ss) (0:2)

Dinamo Chicago is in a league of their own within the American domestic circuit. Most of their results against home teams depend entirely on them. They hold an 8-point lead in the league, which basically guarantees them the trophy, and they're also hunting for another domestic cup title. Slaven Belupo won't be able to stop them.
Just look at the recent form: Dinamo Chicago is 5-1-0 (16-6) while Slaven Belupo is sitting at 0-0-5 (3-17). It's worth noting they just faced off in the league two days ago, ending in a 1:6 blowout.

For a "safer" option, go with TIP 2 @ 1,4 (ss)
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Bayern Munich - Arsenal FC 1 @ 1,3 (ss) (1-1)

Predicting Champions League games between heavyweights like this is always tricky, but I think Bayern Munich proved in the first leg that they operate on a different level than Arsène Wenger's squad. You have to remember last year when Bayern nearly choked in the second leg at home, but I doubt we'll see a repeat of that. One look at Bayern's results this season makes it clear: Arsenal FC is headed for another loss. Wenger's side simply can't impose their style of play against Pep Guardiola's men.
The reason I'm not taking the handicap here is that while Bayern won the first leg by two, a red card for the Arsenal FC goalkeeper definitely helped them out. Even with 11 men playing aggressively, the question is how much they can actually defend when their entire priority is attacking to overturn the first-leg deficit.
------------------------------------------------------------
Total coefficient: 5.73, or 2.54 if you take the lower odds.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

You could potentially parlay these with a game like Rijeka vs. Osijek, or swap the Bayern pick for a handicap bet, but that's up to you. Adding Salzburg to the mix could also bump up the total odds nicely.

Good luck, everyone. Cheers!

Bayern Munich - Arsenal FC 2 @ 10.00 (1-1)

Even though this leans more toward being a fan's gut feeling than anything else, I just couldn't pass up a line like this. Look, Bayern Munich is formidable, they aren't getting hammered by injuries quite as hard as Arsenal, and their schedule hasn't been nearly as brutal lately, but let's be real—Arsenal isn't exactly a pushover either. They’ll likely have Laurent Koscielny anchoring the defense, Simon Vermaelen will probably slot in on the left instead of Walcott Gibbs, and while they're missing Sagnol (which, honestly, is more of a plus), both Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere have been out for a while now. Still, I’m sticking with my guns on the away win.
To be clear, this is mostly me rooting for the underdog here (I actually like Arsenal, and frankly, I can't stand Pep Guardiola's whole philosophy, so I'm secretly hoping they knock him out today).

It feels like Arsène Wenger is practically begging the referees to wrap this thing up early so he can finish the match with eleven men on the pitch. And since we're talking about cards, it wouldn't be a stretch to bet on Vermaelen picking up a yellow, especially with Arjen Robben running at him—especially since Walcott Gibbs is much more agile, but he's out of the lineup today. Hopefully, that big win over Everton FC gave Wenger's squad a little boost in confidence. We might even see Mesut Özil put in a massive performance for once, and I’m expecting plenty from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain too. As for Olivier Giroud, I don't care if he scores with his foot, his head, or... well, anything else—as long as he finds the back of the net, I'm happy.
