Man, watching that Denver game, Lawson just isn't worth the money they handed him. Dragic basically took everything from him during those clutch moments. You probably played the over on Lawson, hoping he'd actually hit a shot... better than handing it over to someone else, haha! :P

-Look, I had to take this one at these odds regardless of the fact that the Wizards still haven't managed to grab a win yet, but if you're looking to snap a losing streak anywhere, why not with a weak squad like Charlotte? If I recall correctly, they were sitting on a massive 24-game skid before they finally managed to scrape by Indiana 90-89, and then just a few days later, they pushed Dallas into overtime. Both teams are dealing with some major injuries to their top guys (Henderson/Wall, Nene), but even a struggling Washington team has been making life difficult for opponents who aren't exactly pushovers (they've been grinding against Boston twice, Milwaukee, and Indiana). Today, I’m expecting them to keep this momentum going against a home team that has actually lost four out of their last five matchups against them. It's pretty wild when you think about it—Charlotte hasn't even put together two wins in a row since 2010!🤷.
Duncan over 16.5
-I honestly don't get this line at all, especially since Parker is a huge question mark right now, and even if he does suit up, I really don't see him getting massive minutes. Meanwhile, Tim is playing out of his mind lately and I’m expecting him to be out there for 30+ minutes, and when he is, he's always hitting those numbers (he dropped 24 against New Orleans, 20 against OKC, 19 against Utah, 23 against Sacramento, and 22 against Portland). He's averaging about 14 shots a game while shooting 53%, and he's constantly getting to the free throw line too.
West over 16.5
-With Granger out, this guy is taking a ton of shots. I was watching him during that opener against the Raptors where he was basically the reason they pulled off the win, even though they were trailing for most of the game. He dropped 25 points on 12-of-18 shooting and was an absolute nightmare for that Toronto defense, especially now that he's heading into enemy territory right after that brutal triple-overtime thriller against the Jazz. Over these last seven games, he's been averaging 16.7 points on 45% shooting (7.3-16.1).

Good luck to everyone following any of these plays, and if I had to add one more thing, I'd sayIrving over 22.5.☕

There are plenty of offers out there, but honestly, nothing really catches my eye except for this one.
Orlando vs New York @1.65
What can I even say? The Orlando Magic are easily one of the weakest teams in the league right now. They’re missing Turkoglu today, Harrington is out, and Nelson is a total question mark—even if he does suit up, he probably won't be at a hundred percent. On the other hand, you've got the Knicks, who have had one of the strongest starts in history. They've beaten everyone so far, including Miami. Anthony is leading the league in scoring right now, and Kidd is doing an incredible job facilitating and finding shooters. Everything just seems to click for them. They look like a real cohesive unit and might actually be a threat this season, maybe even more than last year. Meanwhile, the home team was absolutely pathetic a few days ago in that embarrassing loss to the Nets, and they lost to them on Sunday too. I seriously doubt they can hold their own for more than a single quarter.

Aldridge vs Bargnani at 1.6 seems like a solid play to me for a few reasons.
Bargnani played a heavy 50 minutes in last night's loss to Utah, and he’s staring down a brutal matchup in the West today. I'm expecting a lower scoring game here compared to that Sacramento vs Portland game.
Aldridge had what I'd call a rough night yesterday, but considering he's facing Sacramento—and they're playing without a suspended Cousins—it'll be tough for Outlaw to keep him from hitting above his average.

Indiana vs Toronto – I’m not overthinking this one too much. Toronto is dealing with those injury issues we already talked about, but there's more to it—they just ran a total marathon against Utah yesterday. They played three overtimes, and the starters are absolutely gassed. DeRozan played around 60 minutes, while Bargnani and Calderon both logged about 50. That's a lot of heavy lifting.

Brooklyn vs Cleveland – Cleveland is currently on what Americans call a road trip. This is their sixth and final stretch on the road, and they’ve been struggling with a 1-4 record away from home so far. Like I mentioned before, I don't expect much from them when they're playing on the road, so that's my stance for today. Brooklyn is still missing a key defensive piece in Wallace, but I guess I’m putting my faith in Williams, Johnson, and Lopez to step up and show what they can do. The Nets finally have a roster that commands some respect, and honestly, if they want to be taken seriously, they just have to win games like this.

Orlando vs New York– I’ve been watching various expert analyses, and most people are ranking New York as one of the top two teams in the league right now. Personally, I don't quite agree; I think they might be a bit overrated, but hey, that's just my take. They do win games by huge margins, though. I suppose with Kidd around, the responsibility and organization within the team are at a much higher level than they used to be. It’s a job for the veterans and experienced players, and so far, they seem to be handling it pretty well. As for Orlando, they're battling injuries; Nelson is questionable, and Harrington and Turkoglu are still OUT.

Since the betting board isn't offering much to work with today, I’ll single out this matchup: Orlando vs New York under 90.5.
My reasoning is twofold. First, Orlando's offense has been struggling lately, compounded by some key absences in their lineup. More importantly, the Knicks have been suffocating defensively; in their last four outings, only Dallas managed to push past this total, and even then, they barely scraped by at 94. When you consider how they held the Sixers and Miami in check recently, the data points strongly toward this outcome.
Confidence level: 4/10

Is DeRozan worth looking at for under 19.5 points? It might be worth a shot—especially considering he played what felt like a full soccer match out there last night against Utah.

Indiana vs Toronto 1 1.20 — after grinding through a tough stretch with a depleted roster against a rested opponent, a win feels like a solid play... the odds aren't exactly "massive," but anything else happening would be a total shock to me... I wouldn't touch the under on DeRozan or Bargnani in this one; either of them is hitting the over for my money. They both take plenty of shots—plus, DeRozan is playing lights out, and I didn't see much fatigue from Bargnani, who barely played defense but was efficient enough on offense...

Joe Johnson over 14.5 is a great bet in my eyes because the team is doing everything they can to "feed" him... he had an interesting one-on-one chat with the coach, and against a Cleveland team that easily gives up over 100 points, Johnson should easily chip in about 20... he’s a fantastic shooter, and it's about time he caught fire—especially with such a welcoming opponent... back when he was with Atlanta, he used to drop 20+ regularly...

Deron Williams (-17.5) Brooklyn vs Cleveland less than 1.85

He’s been averaging about 14.3 points over his last three outings. Interestingly enough, he hasn't managed to clear this current line once during that stretch, especially considering he's been seeing a significant increase in usage lately. It seems like whenever his teammates find their rhythm and start scoring more, his own production tends to dip a bit. While Cleveland is definitely struggling defensively and will likely give up over 100 points tonight, I suspect most of that offensive load will fall on the second pick rather than him.

Joe Johnson (-14.5) Brooklyn vs Cleveland more than 1.65

I'm not sure if anyone else caught the game, but seeing how the Lakers played, I'm actually feeling pretty decent about it. With a new coach and lacking a true floor general, I'm honestly surprised they only lost by two. There seems to be something special going on with D'Antoni.
A bit of a shame for Indiana, really, but I managed to save myself thanks to the Knicks' bad luck and Joe Johnson.🙂.

I’ve been lurking in this corner of the forum for a while now, but today I finally decided to jump in. Just taking a quick glance at the slate, there are some solid picks popping up: Philadelphia vs Detroit 1, Boston vs Utah 1, Milwaukee vs Indiana 1, and Golden State vs Atlanta 1...
I think Philly should handle a weak Detroit squad easily. Boston is looking sharp—that last win against Chicago was impressive. Milwaukee seems to be finding their rhythm too, and they should take care of an Indiana team that's dealing with some injuries. As for Golden State? They ought to cruise past a struggling Atlanta. Total odds would sit around 6... That’s just my gut feeling right now. I’ll post more once I actually sit down, dig into the matchups, and check the injury reports properly.🙂
