Does Martin seriously think there's any point in just throwing more balls into the crowd?

😁

Honestly, I’m baffled. How on earth did that Thompson attempt from the center spot not go in? 🤷

Can anyone point me toward an NBA matchup with odds sitting around 2.0? I haven't been following the league closely lately, so I'm leaving it to the experts here. 😁

Since I couldn't get my parlay loaded in time, I’ll just drop a quick breakdown here instead

Granger over 19.5 1.85
-Danny is absolutely cooking right now, especially since Collison is out and he clearly feels the weight of having to carry this whole squad on his back. In their last win against Cleveland, he only logged about 27 minutes while dropping 18 points, but I’m expecting a gritty battle today that forces him to take way more shots, and honestly, look at his rhythm—he hasn't dipped below 18 points in his last 10 games, so why would today be any different?
Jennings over 18.5 1.85
-I mean, they are desperately chasing a playoff spot, so he has to step up and deliver, and so far, he’s looking just as sharp as he was at the start of the season, consistently hovering between 18 and 20 points lately.
Gay over 18.5 1.85
-Just two days ago, he put up 19 points despite having a brutal shooting night where he went 7-for-22, which tells me he's back to forcing those shots like he was recently, and during that four-game winning streak, he was averaging a solid 22.5 points on efficient 56.3% shooting.
Durant under 28.5 1.85
-Now, normally, especially when facing Minnesota, I’d be all over the over, but with Ljube out, I’m anticipating a total blowout where they just cruise, meaning he'll likely spend a good chunk of the game riding the bench, which naturally limits his shot attempts.
Pierce over 19.5 1.85
-After that absolute disaster against the Raptors yesterday—where even though he managed a decent 18 points—I’m expecting a much tighter approach and a decisive victory today, and since Allen is sidelined, Pierce and Garnett are going to have to shoulder the load.
Minnesota(204.5)-OKC under 1.85
-You only have to look at the home team's recent outings to see exactly where this is headed, and now their star player, who can drop 30 any given night, is sidelined, joining a massive list of injuries including Rubio, Milicic, Ridnour, and Ellington; even when he was playing, they weren't even cracking 90 points lately, so how on earth are they supposed to do it now without any real backup? I don't see OKC hitting anywhere near 120, so the under is the move for me.
Milwaukee(206.5)-Indiana under 1.85
-The home team is fighting tooth and nail to catch that last playoff train, so I’m expecting a tight contest, but I think the scoring will stay low because, from what I’ve seen in the stats, they are incredibly inconsistent—one night they go over, the next they play like garbage—so I’m banking on that second scenario, especially with the stakes being this high.

Man, Thompson completely lost his grip on the ball just three seconds before the buzzer and gets called for the foul 🙂.

Seriously, you think there was an 11-point lead at the end? That sucks for you if that's what you saw, because I had it at 12. Honestly, a cigarette would fix my soul right now. Even though CP3 basically decided things by forcing that bonus with the three-pointer, Klay Thompson just wouldn't let go. 😁But man, what is up with this Thompson guy? He’s got a sweet shot. He could actually go places if he dialed it in.

Man, tough break for the Celtics. And honestly, I’m speechless about Griffin—he goes 2 for 8 and once again, this guy ruins the under because of his shooting.
Now, there's some interesting news hitting the wire. Even though Washington is playing absolute garbage ball and the game itself doesn't really matter, Antawn Jamison is sitting tonight. Harangody is gonna start in his place instead.
I'm going all in, 10/10 on Wizards over 3.5, so whatever happens, happens. Also, pairing Cleveland under 97.5 at 7/10 with OKC.
Good luck!!

Daniel Robinson5 said:Man, did you actually end up with an 11-point spread? That’s a bummer if it hit that way because I was sitting at 12, which honestly just makes me want to go grab a smoke and chill. I mean, CP3 basically decided the whole bonus situation with that three-pointer, but Klay Thompson just won't quit. 😁 Seriously though, this Thompson guy has such a smooth shot; he could really make something of himself if he keeps this up.

-10.5 earlier this morning from SS 🙂

The box score doesn't mean a damn thing. In 99.9% of cases, if they don't come out swinging from the jump, they just aren't going to show up at all.

It looks like most of you got absolutely fleeced by the Clippers.

That club is a mess—I can’t recall the last time they actually finished a job without some kind of drama or struggle.

I actually walked out when I saw them up 24-5 in the first; I genuinely thought we were looking at a blowout win for the season. Instead, they barely managed to hold onto the lead through halftime. 🙏

Oh, and their free throw shooting was predictably abysmal. Again. 🙏

Jordan, Griffin, and Evans—nothing but stone-cold misses from the line. 🙏

It seems the Wizards are desperately trying to emulate the Clippers, though if they fail, they might end up even worse off than before.

Keith Moore21 said:So, for today, I’m looking strictly at the Clippers (honestly, I feel like everything about that matchup has already been laid out) and then Memphis—those guys are absolutely dialed in right now. They’re in great form, nobody's dealing with any injuries, and they've got that home-court advantage on their side... meanwhile, Utah is staring down a back-to-back, they've got maybe 4 or 5 players sidelined, and let's be real, they're just struggling when they have to play on the road.

James Taylor3 said:It looks like most of you guys have been totally played by the Clippers—at least from what I can see around here.

That club is honestly such a joke—seriously, they’re so shady. I can't even remember the last time they actually stepped up and handled business in a situation like this; it's always just a bunch of petty shoving matches and nothing gets resolved.

Man, I gotta say—their free throws were absolutely abysmal again. Just totally off the mark. 🙏

Jordan, Griffin, Evans—man, those guys are basically just straight-up shoulder shooters at this point. 🙏

That’s exactly why I ended up taking the straight win—just felt like the right move at the time. ☕
