As for Tud, I honestly can't say; those vocals just don't do it for me. They sound like one out of a thousand indistinguishable indie bands. Unfortunately, since the indie scene is so massive and widespread these days, there are very few groups left that actually possess a recognizable and truly original sound... 😢

Just listen to the album.
The whole thing.

"Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo presents their more mature third album, 'Morning Glory'—a record that proves they belong at the absolute peak of modern post-rock on a global scale. They’d make the perfect opening act for The White Stripes."

Sounds more like an announcement that they're headed for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival next... though I've never actually heard a single note from them.

The German crossover of Manu Chao and Sergeant Garcia—Gentleman.

Man, oh man. 😢

Even if it sounds alright, I’ll say it again: what has the European Union actually done for us?🙄

Most of those European Union artists will probably end up on that second stage—which is total garbage anyway. They can just go over there and endure the nonsense. 🙂
Mind you, I'm actually into reggae, so it might be worth checking out.

Yeah, but think about the absurdity of it all... you have all these reggae, dub, and dancehall artists from Jamaica or those British-Jamaican acts playing for peanuts just to satisfy some random guy's whims, but hey, I suppose that’s still a step up from listening to Xavier Naidoo and his group of political activists.

Hey everyone, greetings! I haven't really been following all the updates—which is a bit of a problem since this is quite important to me—so, does anyone know if there is an exact set time for Arcade Fire to take the stage? I’m planning to head out around noon, and since 249 miles I'm coming from the Chicago area, I just want to make sure I can coordinate my timing properly. Thanks so much and best regards

Given they're easily the biggest act at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival right now, you can pretty much bet they'll hit the main stage around 11 PM.

It started out strong with AF, G, and TV on the Radio, but then things just slowly went downhill once The Streets hit, eventually hitting rock bottom with Jamiroquai, Cypress Hill, and—Gentleman? wtf is Gentleman?

Man, I really thought this was going to be a legendary festival this year, like a way to make up for last year's mess. What a letdown.

Funny enough, a friend of mine is heading there solely for Cypress Hill, just like I'm only going for Mastodon... 😉

I really went into this thinking it was going to be a massive festival this year, maybe even making up for how last year turned out. What a letdown.

Just another native perspective. 🙄

I honestly went into this thinking it would be a massive, top-tier festival this year, perhaps as a way to make up for last year's lineup. What a complete waste of time.

Calling The Streets a decline...

as if anyone needs to apologize for a festival that featured Alice in Chains, Morcheeba, LCD Soundsystem, !!!, Caribou, The Flaming Lips, Flogging Molly, and Massive Attack...

I really need to stop reading this forum; it’s genuinely starting to get under my skin.🙄

I was really banking on this being a massive festival this year, especially since I thought they’d make up for last year's lineup. What a letdown.

Personally, I'm heading out specifically for The Streets😉 and, of course, for Nick Cave. 😍

Out of the hundreds of bands I actually enjoy listening to, it seems none of them ever bother to bring their music here.🤣

So, about Gentleman (that awesome American reggae artist)—some of his biggest hits are definitely these:

And here’s one of his newer tracks if you want to check it out:

Honestly, he was better off sticking to the old stuff. Does anyone remember this one?

That’s basically his biggest hit.

Otherwise, this track is basically his calling card...

Solid track. I still remember when it first dropped 🙂

This is just a complete joke. Every single time I look at the T-Mobile festival lineup, it’s nothing but a disorganized mess...
