means ticket sales must be killer if they're just giving them away like that.
Man, I'd go to Beirut in a heartbeat.

How many people actually showed up to Coachella last year? And any guesses on what the crowd might look like this time around?

Wait, the festival is only a week away and there is still no daily schedule? 🙏 This is absolutely disrespectful.

I just don't get it. Like, not everyone lives right here in Washington, D.C. People actually have jobs, you know? You kind of need to plan when you're traveling and stuff...
For instance, Terraneo is dropping a huge chunk of their schedule tomorrow, and Lollapalooza already released theirs ages ago...

This isn't the full lineup, obviously—just the schedule for the "nighttime programming." Don't feed the trolls by clicking... ☕

Arcade Fire aren't even headlining? Instead, we get these two disasters? And TV on the Radio isn't even playing until the second day...
Forget it, I'm skipping this year entirely. Honestly, I feel a bit proud that I haven't attended a single one. 😍

Look, they managed to list barely six foreign acts. I can't even make sense of more than four because the rest just bleed into each other 🙏 🙏 🙏
And on the first day, there is absolutely NOTHING worth seeing besides maybe Arcade Fire—I'll probably just drop by the festival for an hour or two 🤣
I've tried to stay neutral despite the endless whining and complaining about the lineup, but after this, I honestly hope the organizers have nothing but pure chaos when they try to put together future festivals 🙄

True story. Day one is a total washout. I'll probably just catch Arcade Fire, maybe Elvis Jackson or some local punk band if I'm feeling it. Thanks, T-Mobile—this lineup is a real joke.

It’s official: the organizers of Coachella are complete idiots. I don't know how anyone could look at these seven performers and come up with such a garbage lineup.

The schedule is an absolute disaster. They crammed everything into day two, and of course, my plans are totally trashed because Cypress Hill overlaps with Mastodon, and then Grinderman clashes right with Overflow. Complete idiots...

I actually can't believe my luck—Cypress Hill, TV on the Radio, and Mastodon are all playing at the same time. I’m genuinely stunned. 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄

I haven't really said anything until now because I honestly thought $100 was a pretty solid lineup for seven bands... but this latest scheduling move is just a total mess. How on earth do you manage to have Verizon and the Main stage acts overlap completely for the two final performers on day two? And before that—and all through the day prior—it’s just a complete void. This isn't even about musical taste or what people like; if you're only bringing in a handful of major international acts, the least you could do is give them their own dedicated slots. As it stands, it feels like Luke Skywalker and some random local indie band are getting better treatment than four of the headliners on the second day. So now I'm stuck choosing between The Rolling Stones, who are making their big debut in New York City and have two incredible albums under their belt, or The Killers, who are basically stepping away from the spotlight and this is almost certainly their first and last show here... If it starts raining on top of this, the whole thing is just going to be a disaster...
Do you guys think it would actually do anything if we flooded them with hate mail regarding the set times?

Selling my Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival pass for basically nothing. I paid $240, but you can grab it for a bit more than that... or honestly, I'd rather just swap it for a single-day ticket since I have zero reason to show up on day one. Might as well let someone with a one-day pass have a good time instead 🙂

I’m finally heading to Coachella because the lineup actually hits the mark for once, but the organizers have put together an absolutely idiotic schedule.
Of course Arcade Fire and The Avett Brothers overlap, just like I predicted a few months ago. 🙄
