It’s patently obvious, isn't it? Those who go around whining about a "weak" lineup are rarely the ones actually jumping on those "buy one, get two tickets" promotions just to claim the roster is absolutely stellar. One has to wonder, what are they actually looking for?

from the previous page

Nancy Barnes77 said:If anyone is dying to go to the Verizon festival, there's some kind of promo running in the morning news this Wednesday, May 19th.

Basically, it’s some coupon where if you buy one ticket, you get another one for free...

But supplies are limited. 😉

Nancy Barnes77 said:Oh, lovely, apparently I'm just not trustworthy...

Anyway, it's all right there in today's paper...

And they also have some giveaway going on on the Verizon website, giving away 100 sets of 2 tickets.

Because if I'm being totally honest, that festival isn't even worth the cash they're asking for a single entry...

Especially when you tack on the extra fee for camping—that is way, way, waaaaaay too much money. 🙄

goldenlynx30 said:It isn't insider info, nor has it been officially announced yet, but I managed to dig it up somehow; I'm certain about it, and it looks like it'll be an absolute blast after the shows.

Roger Newman50, if you know how to navigate a forum, you certainly know how to use Google...

I was being honest... whenever I search for Adele, all I see is mindless pop fluff. And music that sounds just like that. Totally superficial. ☕

I guess I was wondering if anything interesting popped up in The New York Times today?

So, they just posted this on Facebook

You can grab a coupon from today's edition of The New York Times to score a deal for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival where if you buy one ticket, you get another one totally free—so you could save $163! I guess I'm wondering who else thinks this is a pretty sweet deal 🙂? Maybe I'll just cut out the coupon today so I can use the discount tomorrow.

I was just wondering if anyone actually managed to make that Lollapalooza coupon work? A buddy of mine tried using it today, but I guess it didn't go through for him. If by any chance someone did get lucky and wants to sell a ticket, I might be interested in buying one for up to $117
.

Nothing on the official sites about this mess...

Wait, they actually posted something...

Let's just see what ends up on the schedule for that day. Maybe I'll actually be surprised for once.

What difference does one more day make when we can't even properly fill these two?

Ugh, I’m really not feeling this festival, but honestly, they’ve just gone and penalized everyone by how they handled the lineup for day zero. Whatever. I’m still going.

Well, come on, don't leave us hanging—which bands are we actually talking about here?🙂

You can always just shoot me a private message if you want.😉

hmm. if day zero goes smoothly, will there actually be a chance to grab tickets for him? what about those who haven't managed to snag anything in the last two days?
it’ll only be worth the hype if they announce a decent lineup for that day. 😁

I don't know, man, but it would definitely be Rage Against the Machine if they weren't already on the lineup 😁

It’s not exactly rocket science—just spend five minutes scrolling through the web and you'll have all those names ready for day one

I mean, everyone already knows what to expect from Kiril Dzajkovski, I guess. What I'm actually wondering about is who these zero-day people are, if that's even too much to ask?
