Maybe I'm wrong, but... a GTX 960 for $487:

I see a Gainward model for $475 at Best Buy and Walmart.

Nah, it’s not a mistake... they just have to clear out old stock so the next generation can finally hit reasonable prices. ☕

Drop me a PM if you want details on the 2-year warranty 🤷

They’re likely slashing prices because the RX 470 is right around the corner. They pulled the exact same move with the GTX 970 just before the RX 480 hit the market (Inno was priced around $767)

Here’s one for $0.78 if someone is dead set on getting a GTX 970..., while thinking a custom RX 480 won't actually outperform it. 😁

I'm not sure how long these have been hitting the shelves here, but check out this Athlon x4 845 (built on the Excavator architecture):

Honestly, with a price point like this and performance levels sitting right around those Kaveri Athlon x4 860 k / 870 k chips, I guess the Kaveri series doesn't make much sense anymore if you can still grab these 845 models.

Not bad at all. It feels significantly more affordable than before (down by about $33)

lol, how much should they even cost when a GTX 1070 Nitro 4GB is under $0.67? Honestly, they ought to be even cheaper than that. 🍿

Who says they aren't even slightly below $600 where they ought to be, lol. They were sitting at $627 just a few days ago. ☕

I guess at this price point, it’s probably the best bang for your buck if you're just looking to play at 1080p.

crimsonstag84, price is solid, but the GTX 1060 is sitting right there. Honestly, they’ve got a bit more longevity, so I wouldn't call either of them a "best buy" just yet.

They probably just forgot to list if it's a single or a dual fan setup 😁
Plus, the cooler on that thing looks like total garbage

Regarding that GTX 1060 in the link (which is actually a 1050ti 😬), the price isn't bad at all. However, you'd be smarter to offload it within the first year while demand is still high and before the VRAM gets completely trashed by modern titles
.
BTW, I saw a video on YouTube where a GTX 1060 with 8GB was running Deus Ex—using about 6.8GB to 7.1GB of VRAM 😬

That price isn't set in stone. My buddy called them up... they only have 10 units on sale. Once those are gone, the price jumps back up. 2 sold, 5 reserved... 3 left. That was the status as of 5 PM today.

Also, considering how solid the deal was, it was actually worth it. There was even a period where you could find a link for $900. For what it's worth, over in Germany, those Fury Nitro cards have been consistently sitting just above $300 for a few months now
