Dell UltraSharp Monitor - $215, though you'd have to factor in our local sales tax plus shipping costs

What do you mean by our sales tax?

When you order from big retailers in Europe, they swap out the local VAT for American sales tax, and suddenly the price jumps because of that difference (like going from a 19% tax rate up to 25%).

PowerColor Radeon RX Vega 64, 8GB - $866

Honestly, this was probably the best V64 deal I've seen yet—that cooling solution is top-tier—but... eh, I think I missed the boat. You can grab a baseline Radeon RX 5700 for basically the same price now. Maybe they'll drop prices even further, or we'll see another massive Nvidia 10 series clearance sale soon.

Besides, I’m a little nervous about my power supply. Even though it's a high-end Corsair RM550x, I'd rather not push it to its limits unless I absolutely have to. 😬

Pls tell me that's the total system power draw and not just the GPU.

Of course the GPU is 😁

In this case the numbers align perfectly with the stock benchmarks (both gaming and stress tests like FurMark)

That said, you can achieve a lot more click through undervolting (better performance paired with lower power draw)

But regardless, I wouldn't recommend going any further without a high-quality 650W power supply...

Honestly, I wouldn't lose sleep over the power supply. Your whole rig probably pulls around 100W, and you aren't going to be running the GPU at a full 350W while simultaneously stress testing the CPU all day long. Still, electricity costs add up, and if you don't have AC blasting in the summer, heat becomes an issue.
A high-quality PSU like this can handle being at 80% load for extended periods without breaking a sweat.

Performance-wise, it's a solid find, but let's be real—the Radeon RX 5700 is the smarter play here.

Even with shipping included, it ends up being more expensive than what we can find right here at home...

Of course that crossed-out price is total nonsense, but now they're claiming it applies to the entire country rather than just the Chicago branch. Still, I’d take that with a heavy grain of salt; even if those specific items aren't stocked in every local store, it's likely just a handful of products being mismanaged somewhere out in the Midwest...

Has an RX 580 8GB truly surfaced at the price point of $333? If that is indeed the case, I am convinced it would represent the single most exceptional hardware acquisition of this entire century.

Maybe back last year 🙂

Sales kick off this Friday (Eastern Time, Chicago, and Los Angeles). The only real question is how much stock they actually have left.

But really, why would we say that? It remains a truly excellent card for 1080p gaming at 60-75Hz on high or ultra settings. Furthermore, pairing it with a Ryzen 5 1600 for $267 and 16GB of RAM for $167 results in a setup that has honestly never felt better than it does right now.

An RX 580 8GB has never really sold for less than $220 before—and that’s talking about brand-new units—so this is definitely an incredible deal for $333. Honestly, though, the retailers will probably just settle this behind closed doors. Both of those 😁

If anyone happens to stumble upon this, I’d suggest asking about the warranty. It might be a discounted rate, similar to how those "bulk" GTX 1060 cards ended up with only a 6-month warranty.

You make an excellent point; it seems quite unlikely that anyone would manage to snag such a deal, especially considering there is a very real possibility that these units are merely refurbished items.

If it’s actually refurbished, they really ought to be upfront about that in the description...

Take that GTX 1060, for example. It doesn't explicitly say it's refurbished, but it's listed as "bulk" (no packaging) with only a 6-month warranty. Honestly, that smells like a "stolen from a warehouse truck" kind of deal to me.

Does anyone know if a fan is included in this bundle, or do I need to buy one separately? I tried reaching out to eDigital, but I haven't heard back—must be some kind of rush over there.

It’s literally pictured on the box. 😁 😁

The Ryzen 5 3600 pretty much always comes with a cooler.

The Ryzen 5 3600 generally includes a cooler.

If you zoom in on the image, the packaging indicates the processor and thermal paste are included, even if there's a fan pictured. I can't say for certain, though—besides, this is an R5 2600.
