I don't want to start a whole new thread, but I have one more questionπ
On Monday, my neck completely seized up. I can't even turn my head to the right without feeling this intense pain just below my shoulder blade. I'd been working hard physically, plus I was sitting under an AC unit set to about 60 degrees for eight hours a day. I didn't think much of it until the next day when my right index finger went numb... along with some pain on the side of my hand. Itβs that exact sensation you get when you wake up after sleeping on your arm and can't feel it at all... except this has lasted for days now and I'm stuck. I tried to book a massage, but my therapist is away on vacationπI took some Advil, but it didn't do a thing for meπ
Is there any other way to fix this besides using Deep Relief or similar products that aren't actually doing anything?
