I’m seriously going to lose my mind if they limit us to just beer and then subject us to some rigorous inspection.

Look, if you aren't going to let me buy hard liquor—or even just some decent wine—then don't screw me over, because I am definitely bringing my own alcohol!

I’m really itching to catch a set from one of these: Interpol, Menomen, Les Savy Fav, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Explosions in the Sky, Arcade Fire, The Twilight SAD, My Morning Jacket...

but who has the time to list them all out...

I think I'm gonna catch Notwist on April 26th at an arena somewhere near Austin—well, I can't find a digital ticket confirmation online right now, so I'm just assuming it's happening—but maybe I should dig a little deeper or just bug Maaatee to confirm it 🙂

I was hoping to catch Craig David, or if not him, maybe Sigur Rós. Something in that same vein.

Why is everyone still obsessed with Radiohead? Honestly, they’re way too overpriced for a local dive bar crowd like us...

But when you bring up Interpol... now we're actually talking. 😁

I mean, Arcade Fire is wrapping up their tour in Japan in about a month before they head into a hiatus, so that’s probably a definite no-go.
Interpol really should have played last year, but they haven't quite made it happen yet, and as for Radiohead, well, unfortunately 😢 they are just way out of our league. 😢

so, I was actually watching this interview with the FBI last week, and they mentioned that once they wrap up their run in Japan, the tour is pretty much over—they even turned down a second leg in Canada. then, looking back at Interpol's schedule last night, it seems like their tour might also be winding down around March with a stint in South America, mostly because bands tend to have this habit of finishing things off either in Asia or South America. since both Interpol and the FBI kicked off their tours around the same time, I guess... 😢
Rhode Island has some open dates, or rather, their tour kicks off on June 6th in Ireland (or maybe England, I'm not entirely sure 🤔) so I can't say for certain... they don't start playing festivals until July...

Has anyone managed to snag a ticket yet? How’s the sale looking so far?
